No teníamos ni idea de que había obras justo al lado del hotel. Han derruido toda la zona de restaurantes y ocio de alrededor. Elegimos ese hotel por sus prestaciones tanto internas como externas. Y vaya sorpresa nos llevamos cuando llegamos, no podías ni estar en la piscina o en la playa con tranquilidad; grúas, demoledoras... picadoras... horrible. Y encima con un bebé de 1 año, que elegimos este hotel de playa por su tranquilidad y sus servicios en la zona. Pues un cero patatero. Debería indicarse a los clientes el estado de la zona antes de su llegada. Ya que con el dineral que pagamos y lo poco/nada que utilizamos el exterior podíamos habernos alojado más en la ciudad más económicamente. Decepcionada y engañada respecto a eso. Por lo demás, todo bien. El personal un 10.

Fijn hotel! Enig minpunt dat de kamers klein zijn en met 2 volwassenen en 1 tiener op de kamer echt te klein is.

The property was nice but 8 dont tjink its completely done. They didnt have a pressing iron, bath robs and the room phone was very hard to figure out We had to physically go downstairs 😒

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit eigenen Strand. Leider hatten wir noch überall rundrum Baustellen, die sehr laut waren, aber das sollte ab 2025 besser werden. Ansonsten ist das Hotel super gelegen, da man schnell mit dem Hotelbus oder Uber in der Stadt ist, aber auch am Strand sich gut erholen kann.

Ein super Hotel. Eigentlich sehr zu empfehlen. ABER: Aktuell ist noch immer Baustelle direkt neben dem Hotel. Deshalb ist es tagsüber sehr laut. Wer also auch tagsüber Ruhe sucht ist hier aktuell am falschen Ort. Sobald die Bauarbeiten abgeschlossen sind, ist das Hotel für alle sehr zu empfehlen. Auf Nachfrage wurde mitgeteilt, dass die Bauarbeiten im September 24 abgeschlossen sein sollen.

The hotel is new, it's beautiful, but unfortunately it's not the hotel's fault, there's a lot of construction going on around there. the food could also be better and have more options!

Good if slightly generic hotel - clean and nice pool (beach currently under construction) with onsite gym, pool, supermarket, restaurant. Food ok but not great, staff nice, decor quite ‘clubby’/hostelly

The staff was very friendly and made check in and check out a breeze. The hotel looks new and it was very modern and clean. The pool and the beach was just enough for everyone to have fun

good location in residential area of Dubai. Unfortunately very noisy as a lot of constrction is going on next door to the hotel .

Foi uma surpresa esse hotel estilo praiano e surfista em pleno Dubai ! Um estilo hippie and hype chic Que ficará cada vez melhor quando terminarem as lojas ao seu redor ! Preço ótimo . Mini mercado com souvenir. Amei muito tudo ! Piscina com água morna e com colchões para relaxar . Preço no restaurante super bom , picolés e bebedouros com água geladíssima também estavam disponíveis

Stay was great. It’s a bit far from tourist attractions and the public transit but it was worth it. The beach and outdoor area is lovely. There’s a lot of construction around - like all of Dubai - but there was no noise or bother.

Riktigt bra hotell! Älskade allt med det förutom de lite tunna väggarna som gjorde att det var väldigt lyhört. Annars tiptop! På stranden finns alla aktiviteter du kan tänka dig. Fotboll, beachvolleyboll, pingis, airhockey, badminton…. God mat till ok priser. Trevlig personal speciellt Timmami i receptionen. Vi fick dessutom late checkout utan problem el extra betalning. Rekommenderar starkt!

Fint hotel, men massiv igangværende konstruktion
Fint hotel med sød og serviceminded personale. Vi valgte dette hotel, fordi det ligger i et område, som ikke er super turistet. Og så skulle der være en masse faciliteter både på hotellet og i nærheden af hotellet. Men til vores store overraskelse var hotellet omringet af igangværende konstruktion og bygninger og strand, 24/7. Der var desværre konstant larm, som desværre påvirkede vores ophold, som vi ellers havde set meget frem til. Der bliver netop reklameret med en masse faciliteter som fx spisesteder, vandaktiviteter. Men alle disse faciliteter er der lukket for. Der er en kæmpe konstruktion og fornyelse i gang. Og når det så er færdigt, er jeg sikker på, at der bliver rigtig lækkert. Men vi var meget utilfredse og ked af over, at der intet var nævnt om disse konstruktioner. Vi er udemærket godt klar over, at det ikke er hotellets skyld. Men som turister på ferie med et håb på afslapning, god mad i nærheden, vandsports faciliteter (alle disse var årsager til at vi valgte dette hotel) så var vi desværre skuffede over opholdet. Men hotellet er fint, udemærket værelser, fint udeareal, privat strand, ret lækkert træningslokale, mulighed for tøjvask dog ret dyrt.

Excellent hotel with a great atmosphere. The staff are wonderful.we come every December & yes there were construction going on making the la mer area into a brand new eating & social area but it didn't really bothers us ..the hotel beach is small but prefect for sunbathing & playing beach sports ..

The cleaning staff in the hotel have to be fired. The room was filthy!! Serious cleanliness issues in the hotel and lots of “buts” and justifications by staff!!
