The Space

This large villa has two separate lounge spaces, both include a range of deluxe sofas and armchairs and flat-screen TVs. Both living areas open out to either the garden or private pool respectively. The split-level lower floor offers a great house flow, with a sunken dining area furnished with a table to seat eight comfortably, a buffet unit, modern art, and large windows. Guests may access the modern kitchen with a utility island, a separate breakfast nook, and all the necessary appliances for a seamless stay.



Master Bedroom

The master suite provides yet another wow factor for this luxury property, furnished with a four-poster king-size bed, a seating area featuring a sofa, two armchairs and a table, a vanity table and a full-length mirror. Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts, and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 10 AED per night per bedroom (~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival.



The Neighborhood
