Good hotel if you are going to Expo 2020
This hotel was good for us beacuse we were going to the Expo for at least 4 days, conveniently located to go to the Expo but quite far from the Marina and downtown. Check in took too long (over 40 minutes) and housekeeping kept forgetting that we had paid for 3 people in one room, they would only leave 2 towels and we kept asking for an extra towl every night.. Friendly service in general.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel we were made to feel welcome and special, anything you wanted or needed the staff went out of their way to make sure that we had it, nothing was a hassle. When we return to Dubai, which we will do in the future, will use this hotel again. This hotel has a 4 star rating on your site but the staff made it feel more like a 5 star+.

Amazing staff from the guys opening the doors for you,the front desk staff and cleaning crew,they do an amazing job,the only reason I gave them an overall 4 stars and not 5 is because of the outdated furniture and little bit damaged in the room but like I said is an excellent hotel to stay that’s the reason I stayed 10 nights and would come back again if visiting Dubai another time and of course I would recommend it without hesitation to anyone. Very important and I almost forgot,you have the investment park metro station 5 minutes by walk from the hotel. Thank you very much delta hotel investment park staff.

Vistelsen var magisk! Från all underbar personal, till dem rena och fina rummen till maten på hotellet. Alla var super hjälpsamma och vänliga. Vi fick jättefin kontakt med Ruth i receptionen. More of a business hotel, the pool consists of a small pool and a few sunbeds. The area around the hotel consists of an industrial area and gated communities. To downtown, you need about 1h30 by public transport. Staff really very friendly and accommodating, you really can't do better.

Very disappointed
The first impression was bad. I was asked by the person who received us from the front entrance to proceed to check-in and the far eastern receptionist refused to entertain us even though I was asked to proceed after she had finished entertaining someone before us in a rude way. On my second night, I was surprised that my room was not cleaned. I call to ask the reason and I was told that it is cleaned on request! I said I was not informed about this rule when I checked in. The room was not as clean as it was ranked. Overall we were very disappointed.

Nice hotel with good size rooms and friendly staff. Unfortunately I arrived late at night to find the bathroom sink blocked. This should have been obvious to the cleaner.

Staff were friendly especially Mr Miguel in the reception on checkout. He asked us how they could improve and took our suggestions with great professionalism.

Fantastisk service!
Vi havde et fantastisk ophold her. Vi har aldrig oplevet magen til service før! Vi blev supergodt taget imod, vores bagage blev leveret til vores værelser, alle dører blev åbnet for os til enhver tid, stolene i restauranten blev trukket ud og ind for os! Jamen helt utrolig og hyggelig service! Maden (buffet) i restauranten var rigtig god. Vi spiste både morgenmad, middagsmad og aftensmad der, og alt var super lækkert, og der var et rigtig stort udvalg i buffeten. Gratis vand til maden i tillæg. Fint pool område. Gode træningsfaciliteter. 5 minutter at gå til metroen som tager dig direkte til Dubai Marina på 15 min og Downtown på 30 min, så rigtig god beliggenhed selvom det ikke ligger i centrum. Eneste minus vi kan finde er, at airconditionanlægget på vores værelse ikke gik an at justere på. Den stod konstant på 19 grader, men det føltes nærmere som 25+ grader på værelset til enhver tid. Dette var lidt hårdt når der var 35 grader udenfor hver dag og vi bare ønskede at køle os lidt ned på hotellet. Dette gjorde at vi sov dårligere og ødelagde oplevelsen lidt for os.
