Excellent value for money 4 star hotel

Very good value for money hotel. Large room, even larger than some 5 star hotels in Deira. Great location near Ghurair mall, union metro and very famous Rigga street. Breakfast is minimal with little choice in a small sized room on top floor but more than sufficient for the day. Staff are very friendly and will attend to all your requirements with a smile. Mosque is 5 minutes away.

Hear the nightclub all night. Impossible to sleep. Handy for a stop over but dont plan a holiday around it. Pool out of order too.

Staffs at reception are rude and unprofessional. Breakfast was poor. It was impossible to sleep almost all night due to the loud music from the night clubs. It was a terrible experience staying in this hotel.

Disappointed.

It was quite disappointing to see the condition of the room. Most disgusting situation was the smoke smell in the room. The carpet in the room was very old and was not clean. Noise level in the room was very high until early in the morning which was coming from the night club the hotel host. It not a good p=hotel for the families to stay.

Not for young families

This hotel is not suitable for families. They have 4 bars splitted between 10 floor and from 10pm till early morning the music is so loud that you cannot sleep properly. When young kids don't sleep properly, all parents know. They should clearly advertise there will be loud music during the night time. We requested to change the on first time and we were told by reception that night time loud music will be in every room. Breakfast, average on the last day we found out if you can request toast and something else if you dont want whats on the table. This type of information should be visible for any guest either on the table or on a chart.

Oh my days, what an absolute disaster of a place. DO NOT STAY HERE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A FAMILY. This so-called hotel has multiple clubs inside, and it is absolutely not family-friendly. Where do I even begin? From the very start, my wife felt unsafe here. There are random men constantly lingering in the lobby, clearly waiting for girls from the clubs. The lobby staff are unprofessional and rude, stopping my wife and me every time we passed through to interrogate us as if I was bringing someone from the club to my room. It’s clear that this type of behavior is commonplace here—absolutely disgusting. The noise is unbearable. The multiple clubs inside this hotel operate all night, and you won’t get a moment of peace. Forget about sleeping; the noise carries on until 4 a.m. every single night. The breakfast? Don’t even bother. We paid for breakfast for seven days and didn’t eat there once. The kitchen was filthy, the food was stale, and some of it was clearly leftover from the day before. The dining area had no ventilation—it was suffocating. The facilities are a joke. The swimming pool was out of order, and the so-called gym is anything but a gym. Don’t expect to use any of the advertised amenities because they’re either broken or completely inadequate. The rooms are no better. You can hear everything from neighboring rooms—things no one wants to hear. The cleaner would barge in at random times, morning and evening, even with a “Do Not Disturb” sign up. AVOID

Mala experiencia.

Tienen discotheque que realidad es un toples, que inunda todo el hotel. Nos cambiaron de habitación para escuchar menos pero a la otra noche alguien llego a las 3 am a golpear la puerta, nos desperto y se fue. Las fotos están trucadas. La gente trata de ser amable pero esta dedicado a los locales. Tiene otro bar abierto 24 hrs. Mal

First things first, If you want a good night sleep then this hotel is not for you. We stayed on the 4th floor and we can hear the music from the club all the way from the 10th floor! On our neighbouring room was loud music (around 2-4am) and banging every night which is very inconsiderate for other guests who just want to rest! Second, there is NO gym as what they claim they have! Lastly, the hotel crew was so welcoming from the lobby, cleaning staff and waiters very kind people.

Not suitable for family at all.

It was not suitable for family stay in this hotel, since there were daily night club that did not make us to sleep properly even after changing our room next day to be away from the loud voices that it came from the club and even neighbors who shout and speak loudly after attending their night club. I did not sleep as usual, unfortunately, I stayed 3 days in the same condition. Thank you.

Excellent, neat and clean hotel

It was amazing and all went very good. Rooms are very big, neat and well maintained. Check in and check out facilities are all very good. Especially Mr. Vineeth at reception are very helpful and also Mr. Mohammed, Manager was very kind to provide me approval for late check out. Well done team. Thank you all for the great service.

i only liked the room cause it was very spacious.. however upon arrival, we contacted the hotel a week prior to get an early check-in (because we were very tired) and they said it was 150 dirham (around 40 euro). When we arrived they said that there was no room available, so we had to wait 4 hours on a couch with no breakfast in the morning, only given a small water.. we had to sleep on a couch on the 10th floor next to the breakfast area to get a room on the smoking floor.. which we absolutely didn't want. So we had to wait an extra hour on the couch to get a room in which we had to pressure the lady at the service desk to really put some work behind it Thats not all.. because you absolutely cannot sleep at night due to the 2 night clubs in the hotel playing awfully loud music until 3/4 in the morning. Which absolutely baffled us, since hotels are meant to get some sleep, not to freaking party 24/7. Moreover, breakfast was very very poor. So would not recommend staying here!! Only nice thing was the cleaning guy, and the service guy called Jonh.
