Unfortunately I never know whether the lake is closed or open but I’ll try to find a better way to check on timelines of any beach closures in the future. And you are correct about the fridge but we do have those broken parts ordered so hopefully soon it will be all good! A second fridge is also a great idea! Awe what an awesome way to celebrate their birthday :) Glad everyone had a fun weekend! Thank you so much for this review!!

I’m assuming you arrived to a clean home as most of our reviews comment on being satisfied with how clean the property is. Our cleaning team does the following: cleans all 3 bathrooms which includes cleaning tubs/showers, toilets, sinks, mirrors, stocking towels, soaps, and toilet paper in all bathrooms. They clean the kitchen which includes the oven, microwave, wipes out fridge, wipes down all appliances, sink, and countertops. They dust everything in the home. All mirrors and glass doors are cleaned as well. They also wash, dry, fold, and put away all laundry including placing clean sets of sheets on all beds. Lastly the whole home is vacuumed and mopped. This takes 2 people a couple hours. Stripping used sheets and gathering used towels to put in the laundry room/washer shouldn’t take more than a couple minutes to do I wouldn’t think. Also no where on any check out instructions does it say that our guests are responsible for cleaning the kitchen so if you guys did that, thank you, but it certainly isn’t required. Our check out instructions are pretty standard with any vacation home I’ve ever stayed in so I apologize if you felt that it was too much to do at departure. Thank you for your feedback!
