Every need was taken care of and flexibility in timings for meals was greatly appreciated. No shortcomings in services at all. "It’s ok for the price, but I don’t think I would stay there again. Breakfast is fine. Room had two broken plugs, didn’t solve the issue even though we had the only room occupied in the whole hotel. One day they didn’t make the room, no explanation given. I needed a taxi and the manager offered us a ride in his private car for double price. Crazy. Location is superb. "

"Pros - The rooms were extremely spacious and large. The view around the hotel was amazing with the river just along the property. The bathrooms were extraordinarily huge. Cons - the bathroom floors were marbel which during the period of december were almost unbearable to walk on barefoot. Otherwise highly recommend. "

Constant bathroom leaks and backfiring showerhead during my stay. Water flying all over the bathroom at any time! The take hours to reply by Whatsapp or room phone. You will not get your food for at least an hour. Literally caught staff hanging up the staff phone and dancing for social media. There's nothing around this property. Would be better...

"In one word: amazing!. We booked two nights at Ozen Resort in October. I was a bit anxious when driving there because the accommodation is fairly new and there were limited info online and was not really sure what to expect. I could not have been more positively surprised. The resort is in an incredible location 20 mins from Paro (great paved road to get there), with sweeping views of the mountains and super quiet.
