The living room offers cozy nooks by the windows where you can sit with a book and enjoy the view of the garden. The large dining area gathers the family around the table, while the wood-burning stove provides warmth on cool evenings.



The garden features paths winding through the mature landscaping, offering sun from morning to evening—as well as shade when you need it. The lawn invites play and relaxation, while the granite basin serves as a fire pit. Listen for the birds and keep an eye out for foxes and fallow deer in the early morning hours.



Walk to the beach on the Kattegat, follow the path along the coast to Hornbæk, or explore Rusland—Denmark’s oldest protected area, home to the Tegner Museum and sculpture park. A playground, restaurants, and grocery stores are all within walking distance. Take a trip to Gilleleje and visit the lighthouse at Nakkehage along the way.
