This beautiful house is in the perfect location for a great stay. The house, inside and out, is gorgeous. The neighborhood is darling -- quiet and welcoming, yet close to restaurants and stores. This should be your top choice when staying in Dripping Springs.

Great House Great Stay

Everything was exactly as described. Plenty of space to relax and unwind. We didn’t use the hot tub but enjoyed sitting outside watching the birds while drinking coffee. Beds were very comfortable.

Property Management is Painful

The property management company was difficult to deal with. We have owned a VRBO and frequently been a customer and never had such a difficult experience. We rented this for a wedding and early check-in and check out was pretty critical. Every time we called, we were told something different and ultimately, even with be willing to pay and calling within the timeframes they instructed us too, we could not get in early. The staff was not helpful, even acknowledging they committed to csoemthingg different and would not honor it. This property also has a garage, which was important for us, but you can't access it, listing is misleading to not disclose that.

Great location,quiet, comfortable. Clean but a little worn. I have a cleaning company and while it was clean it could use paint touchups, deep cleaning for cobwebs and repairs on the shades. Probably on the list to do but the shades need to be replaced. Most of them could only be in the down position. Beds comfortable, kitchen and supplies incredible. I love to cook and they had all the bells and whistles. Would definitely stay again. Just needs to be touched up a little.

Charming little house in downtown DS

The Haydon House is perfect for a little get away. The hosts have thought of everything. The beds were very comfortable and the house was beautifully furnished. I especially liked that they labeled all of the switches.
