This place is very well setup, quiet and secluded. The other rentals on this property are near each other, but they did a great job spacing them out, making it feel secluded, and fencing off your area for privacy. Directions were easy to follow getting here. Everything inside was very well setup and everything we needed for our stay in the area with our pups. Price was good. Would highly recommend this location if you want to visit the Wimberly area, but don't want to stay in town.

The place was great, it was very quiet so it was perfect. I did have some trouble getting in but I texted back to the text about my stay and the customer service person was able to walk me through- the code on the front door did not work at all so I went around to the back and got the physical keys out of the hidey hole. Other than that, everything was fine.

Quiet place for a weekend

We enjoyed our stay at La Posada! The hosts were easy to get in touch with and very accommodating. The place is way back in a rural neighborhood and wasn't quite as conveniently located as I originally thought and I wouldn't plan on bringing more than a couple of hanging clothes as there isn't really a closet. That being said, overall, we would definitely stay again!

Nice getaway

Home was well maintained and clean. We had everything we needed to prepare for a wedding weekend. The only reason giving it 4 stars if that the location is very remote and further than we thought from Pecan Grove. In addition, not special needs friendly, the outside rails are loose and one on the stairs is not there. The driveway is gravel. Otherwise very quiet and peaceful.

The casita was very cute and very clean. Comfortable bed. We had problems figuring out which driveway to use. We had to help another guest also unclear about which way to go. We had to call to understand the door lock configuration and help her. Couldn’t figure out the heat control. Shower water not easy to get a comfortable temperature.

The property was just as listed. There was one towel not clean and only one washcloth for 2 people for a two night stay. Would be nice to mention to bring your own if onky giving 1 . Other than that the stay was great and the property was quiet and close enough to everything.

Perfect

Came down to Hill Country for a family wedding. La Posada was PERFECT for the 2 of us for the 2 nights. The home was spotless when we arrives, and incredibly thoughtfully appointed. It had everything we needed, and we enjoyed our stay very much. We will definitely be back, and recommend this property to our friends!

Wonderful small rental property in the heart of hill country - quiet and very scenic. Close to all of the dining and entertainment in Dripping Springs but far enough off main roads to feel isolated. There are two other rentals on the land also but they’re all well screened from each other

Nice location

Rented this property for a family members wedding. This location was near the venue. It was also close to a few breweries which was cool! The property was really nice, had a few games on the property to play, to bad it was raining and couldn’t do much! The inside was really clean and comfortable!

The home was cute, but had a weird smell because of the water. It was a little further aways from town than we thought. The biggest concern was wifi did not work and air conditioning was not running well. Also, their were large, sharp burrs everywhere. A few are were expected, but they were everywhere... on the floor, bed, anc couch. We booked through Expedia, but they booked through Vrbo, who booked with a local company. We had issues with the local company and Vrbo and Experia would not assist.

Relaxing Cabin

Easy check in and check out. Cabin was very clean, mgt company was responsive to questions prior to booking. Grill was clean and easy to light. We enjoyed our weekend at the property. We will definitely consider staying again and booking both cabins to bring our college aged kids with us.

Very Clean and Great Amenities

The only hiccup I had was that upon arrival the door code didn’t work, but it was quickly remedied when I called the office and they directed me to a key lockbox. Loved the cleanliness of the place as well as all of the items available in the kitchen and bathroom. Will definitely stay again and consider other properties in the future under this management.

Great Hill Country Casita

We needed somewhere to stay for a wedding in the Driftwood area. There are not many choices!! A friend and I rented one tiny house and our friends (with their kids) rented the other one. We loved getting together for coffee in the morning and adult beverages at night. You just walk across the yard! Our house was clean and had everything we needed. It is tiny....but that's kind of the point! I know our friends' kids enjoyed playing in the yard with tetherball etc. Thank you for your hospitality!

Anniversary Under the Stars

My wife and I wanted a small getaway to celebrate our 1-year anniversary. We were looking for an quaint home with modern touches somewhere away from the hustle and bustle of the city and this house more than delivered! Only complaint was floors inside the home were a bit dirty but nothing a broom couldn’t fix. Loved the area, house, outdoors, fireplace etc etc. Look forward to our next stay!
