"When we checked in, we found down by the pond a complete mess of trash and beer, cans and trash cans spilled over. It was a horrible mess and the smell was like someone had a keg party. At the house, the trash cans were full, and the smell was unbearable. There were flies and bees, all around the front of the house because of the trash. "Our family had a wonderful experience staying here. The location is about 5 min from town and about 25min into the heart of KC. The owner was exceptionally nice and patient. My spam filter had placed the email from the third party that helps you get inside (so check for that), and he helped us. The house offered great space for all of us. "There were a few bumps, but the owners were quick to reply and try to rectify the situations. We never did have TV in the living room, but they did attempt to correct it. The house was spacious and everyone enjoyed our stay. It was a quiet neighborhood, just like home. I would recommend this place to anyone."

"I'll be honest and say I didn't do my usual scouting of the area when I booked. However, it was a great place and location. There are a few restaurants near by to grab some delcious food. We had a great time with our fur babies. And a lot of places that are pet frie dly have a distinct pet ordor, this place does not. It's a cute house, lots of yard and very nice over all."
