  • Come and enjoy your stay at our lovely Rustic Charm. Unit features wooden vaulted ceiling, living area, a queen bed by the living area, full kitchen, dining table, shower, TV, deck balcony with a hot tub, Gas Stove (fireplace). Enjoy some bubbles by the Big Thompson River, you have full access to the river, however fishing license is needed. Free parking is available on the property. Unit is accessible. Wi-Fi is available however, in the canyon service is not the best.it may go in and out at times we have a studio that sleeps 2 behind the kozy kove cabin it can be added to your reservation for an additional fee message us for more details

Cute little cabin, very clean very relaxing next to the river hot tub was nice. It does take a full day to get to 104 but it was peaceful on the patio next to the river. I recommend for a weekend getaway.

Was overall very satisfied with the property. The location was great. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is because of the hot tub. It took forever to heat up, so if you are wanting to use it in the evening, make sure you turn it on in the morning.

Mountain get away

Amazing stay and fly fishing!

We loved our time spent at this cabin! Very clean, perfectly stocked for 2, and great fly fishing out back (on private property—so no one else was there). Couldn’t have asked for a better weekend getaway!

quick trip

It was a cute place and clean but it could use some things in the kitchen like filters for the coffee pot, maybe some foil, salt and pepper. But overall a cute place for a quick stay and it was easy to find and the communication with the host was easy and quick responses.

Great place

Quiet, peaceful beautiful place to stay. I loved staying in the river and listening to it during the night. The cabin was very neat and clean. I also like the fact it was out of town a little bit got away from the crowded areas. We would go back and stay there again.

Rustic Charm for sure!

The cabin is very cute! The hot tub and patio backing up to the Big Thompson was lovely. Only 5 minute drive to Estes Park was perfect.

Canyon River

The canyon river cabin was right on the road outside of Estes Park. It had cute rustic decorations, a full kitchen and a great porch to enjoy right by the river. Perfect for our evening after Rocky Mountain National Park.

Quick Estes trip

We really enjoyed the hottub on the deck after driving all day. Thought the place was easy to find and was very clean. Cute rooms, perfect size for 2 of us and a dog. By far, though, the best feature was the great access to the beautiful creek in back. The only hiccup was out of the owner's control and that was a loud neighhbor. We would definitely come back .

Clean place to stay close to Estes with nice view off deck. Only issue was it was hot that day and night didn’t cool off. No air conditioner and only 2 of the 3 floor fans provided worked. Would have been great stay if air conditioning was available.

Nice place

Close to Estes Park and RMNP, beautiful setting on the river. Located right on the road, so there is some noise. Overall good value.

Beautiful location, but the place needs a good deep cleaning. There were spider webs and dust all over the place. Dirty dishes and the hot tub looked nasty. We didn’t even get in. There is WiFi, but it’s not good. I couldn’t work while I was there. Also, good luck watching tv. Nothing works.

Beautiful location

This was the perfect location regarding nature and proximity to Estes Park and the RMNP. Quiet and serene with a few furry neighbors that would visit for a meal. I'm referring to the beautiful Elk we saw on multiple occassions off our balcony. We would definitely come back!

Perfect getaway!

My boyfriend and I absolutely loved this little cottage in the mountains, even closer to Estes than we imagined but still far enough away that you can have peace and quiet. I loved how cozy it was and the hot tub was really nice! And that view was to die for! I loved that we had the option to cook meals there if we wanted to too! Loved this place definitely recommend!!!

Cute small old motel at one time possibly. Has a leaky faucet in kitchen and mattress needs replacing. Nice and quiet even though it was on highway. Beautiful creek in back. Hard to find at first didn't know it was called Cole's .Riverside
