A hidden gem.

The villa is just perfect, a hidden gem!Francois and Sylvie are perfect hosts and charming people.The pool and the pool area is superb, air conditioning in the villa is a god send.We had planned to venture to Aiux and Menton, the villa setting is so nice we didn’t go further than the village! We really didn’t want to leave and look forward to returning soon.

Beautiful Villa

We had a wonderful stay at Le Durroc. The villa was even better than the pictures. We pretty much lived around the fabulous pool area. The outdoor kitchen was superb and we cooked all of our meals outside. The grounds are very well maintained and compliment the stunning location. Francois was exceedingly helpful and on hand to answer any questions. We loved our daily walks into Cotingac. The little town has pretty much everything you need and has markets on almost daily. Fabulous for eating out, although do book if you are planning to eat out on Wednesday evening as we struggled to get a table as there is an evening market on during the summer months. We will definitely be back!!

Paradise

This was our 3rd time staying here , and again we had an amazing 2 weeks. The house is well equipped with everything we needed. François, as before, met us on arrival, to ensure we were happy with everything. The outside area is where we spent most of the time. The pool is so good, and needed, as it was hot and sunny almost every day. There is also a shadier area at the back. Francois is a great host, always replies very quickly to any enquiries, and is very helpful and keen to ensure we had the best time. Cotignac is a beautiful village with plenty of good restaurants and shops, and a bonus that you can use the path to walk there in around 7 minutes. Without doubt, our favourite place to stay!

A beautiful house at a perfect location

We truly had a perfect vacation at this beautiful house! We were welcomed very friendly and flexible in time and everything was explained thoroughly. The house is stunning and has everything you need. Especially the pool area with its additional outside kitchen is a huge plus. You have sun until the late evening and it’s a great atmosphere. The house is very well equipped with everything you need. The garden is beautifully maintained with lots of olive trees and nice places to sit and relax surrounded by a beautiful landscape. Walking down to the village of Cotignac is easily reached in about 10 minutes and the amazing scenery never gets boring. Cotignac is a beautiful, pittoresk little town with everything you need. Many restaurants and shops, including a little supermarket and a great bakery. We recommend the house 100%, not only because it’s simply beautiful but also because we felt very welcome and François was helpful and a perfect host. We definitely plan on coming back! Thank you so much for everything.

5 star villa in amazing location.

An absolutely gem of a villa in a lovely part of Provence. My family and I had a fantastic two weeks there and the property has everything you need along with a delightful swimming pool and outdoor kitchen. The beautiful village of Contignac is a short walk away and has some lovely shops, bars and restaurants. The Tuesday market is great too. Would not hesitate to return to this villa and lovely location.

Wir haben eine Woche in der schönen Villa , die mit jeglichen komfort ausgestattet ist , verbracht . In dem malerischen Dorfkern , der ca 10 - 15min(für wenigerFitte, da steiler Abstieg am ende) restaurants und ales was man braucht. Grosser Markt an einem Tag in der Woche.Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen.Danke François und Sylvie

Parfait

Un modèle d’accueil pour une maison qui correspondait parfaitement à l’annonce très détaillée . Tout est prévu pour passer un excellent séjour et le propriétaire charmant est disponible pour répondre à nos sollicitations éventuelles. La région est très agréable et le petit chemin pour aller à Cotignac, sans prendre la voiture et un plus, même si il est un petit peu sportif.

Wonderful stay in Cotignac

Lovely home and beautiful stay. Francois met us with a smile, was very professional and went over everything in the home. Walk to town is about 15 minutes as I am not able to walk too fast up some hills with beautiful views. We enjoyed our time at the villa everyday by the pool and outdoor kitchen was wonderful being my husband is a chef and daughter is an aspiring chef. Great time had by all. Merci Francois

Apprécié énormément

Nous avons passé une semaine fantastique. La maison est entièrement équipée et dispose de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer de bonnes vacances. Les enfants pourront jouer au ping-pong, au jeu de boules et se rafraîchir dans la belle piscine. Le jardin est magnifique et offre beaucoup d'intimité et de tranquillité. Le centre à quelques pas est également agréable. Bref, un endroit merveilleux où revenir plus souvent !

Great stay, house and Location

We really loved the house. It was nice, easy to live in and very well kept. The pool area with the outdoor kitchen was where we stayed all holiday and had all meals. The owner was very attentive and helped us at any time from before arriving and under the holiday. The local area around Cotignac was also nice, with nice markets, wineries and cosy small french towns. Can totally recommend.

Superb villa and location

This was the second time here in this lovely villa in Cotignac. Again it didn’t disappoint. The villa is equipped with everything that we needed, and more. Francois met us upon arrival, a great host and we managed to communicate well (my French is not very good). A short walk to the beautiful village of Cotignac, full of restaurants, bars and shops. The weather was sunny for the whole 2 weeks and the pool was used every day. I would highly recommend this villa, nothing to fault! We are hoping to return again 🙏☀️☀️☀️ Thank you Francois once again

Beautiful villa near Cotignac

Beautiful and well equipped villa with lovely host (Francois) who lives nearby and was always available to provide help when needed. Nice secluded location but an easy walk into town. Only negative is that access by car is down a steep and narrow unmade road and the turn to get in and out of the property is very difficult for anything other than a small car.

Stay in Cotignac

We know the area and Cotignac very well and could see that this property was a short 10 min walk from all the bars and restaurants in the village. Nice property, the pictures of the lounge area don't do it justice though. It is an excellent room. Strange configuration with the downstairs bedroom being the only en-suite and having two sets of bunkbeds in it. Would really have expected and preferred a double ensuite downstairs. The other two double rooms upstairs were rather small and shared a bathroom and w/c. Fortunately for us, it was just the two of us, but could have a been a bit of a squeeze with any more adults. The outside kitchen and pool area were lovely and when all lit up at night looked amazing Sadly though, the WiFi signal did not reach pool area, which was a real shame, so could not connect to music and also as we needed to stay in contact with work, we could not do this by the pool. There were no usable table tennis bats and only one broken ball - which was ok for us, as we have our own anyway, but this would have meant a trip to a sports shop at least 40 mins away if you hadn't brought your own. The grounds were really lovely as well.

Wunderschöne Ferien in Cotignac

Wir (eine Familie mit drei Kindern) haben eine sehr schöne Ferienwoche in Cotignac verbracht. François hat uns äußerst freundlich empfangen und uns alles ausführlich erklärt. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und die vielen Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien, der große Pool und der gepflegte Garten trugen zu einem entspannten Urlaub in der Provence bei. Wir haben besonders die Privatsphäre genossen. Die Pflege des Gartens und die Reinigung des Pools wurden immer sehr früh am Morgen und immer sehr diskret durchgeführt. Wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen! Nous (une famille avec trois enfants) avons passé une très belle semaine de vacances à Cotignac. François nous a accueillis avec une extrême gentillesse et nous a tout expliqué en détail. La maison est parfaitement équipée et les nombreuses possibilités de s'asseoir à l'extérieur, la grande piscine et le jardin bien entretenu ont contribué à la détente de nos vacances en Provence. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'intimité. L'entretien du jardin et le nettoyage de la piscine étaient toujours effectués très tôt le matin et toujours très discrètement. Nous attendons avec impatience de vous revoir !

Fantastic villa

A wonderful holiday spent at this lovely villa. Francois met us upon arrival and showed us around , was even better than we expected. Lots of areas to sit outside, and as the weather was so hot , we spent most of the time by, and in the swimming pool. The villa is very well equipped. We spent 2 weeks here with family visiting us . The village of Cotignac is about a 10 minute walk via a footpath near the villa. Lots of shops/ restaurants there We would love to return , it was a very special holiday.

L'endroit idéal pour se ressourcer

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette superbe villa nichée au cœur de la nature provençale et pourtant à peine à 10 minutes de marche du charmant village de Cotignac. Nous avons eu droit à un superbe accueil, François est très réactif et très arrangeant. La villa est très bien conçue, elle dispose de tous les équipements que l’on peut souhaiter à la fois a l’intérieur et à l’extérieur. La grande piscine, la cuisine d'été les deux tonnelles, la véranda, tout concourt a vous faire passer une excellent moment. Tout est vraiment là pour faire de votre séjour un moment de détente de plaisir et de découverte de cette magnifique région Nous y reviendrons c'est certain.
