Pésimo trato y sensación de engaño
"Nada recomendable el trato fue malo. Tuve que abandonar el hotel un día antes y me dijeron que me devolverían una noche. Un mes después dicen que no. Nunca volvería. Hoteles.com después de 5 correos y varias llamadas tampoco soluciono nada."
