Clean room but toilets in bar were awful. Dirty and very worn. Restaurant staff all wonderful but need training on making sure diners have basics like cutlery before food is delivered. Good size room staff lovely. Unfortunately the room was freezing cold and the duvet was paper thin. Card for the room didn’t work and we had to keep going back down 2 flights of stairs to get the card reprogrammed.
