"Check in is scheduled for 4PM, which from my experience is late. On top of that, they charged an additional $25 for a 3PM check in and an extra $50 for a 2PM check in. That feels excessive. Directions to the parking garage and parking directions were't clear. I once did not enter the parking garage in the right way and was charged for parking. The hallway to the room was dark and did not meet photos provided.

"Room and lobby were very clean and well maintained for the hotel chain. The downstairs seating area was fantastic, and we loved being able to bring the dog and eat at the tables. Loved the free drinks and snacks at the front desk. Rooms we well designed and especially appreciated the benches to lay luggage. Breakfast was a little lacking if you want hot foods. Overall a great location in between campus, Main Street and Kerrytown."
