"The farm apartment was the perfect place to stay with our kids. Plenty of space for them to run around, swings, and animals in view. Centrally located for tourist activities, you could hear buggys driving past with the windows open. We had a blast meeting the cows and donkeys. The kitchen has everything you need. "David and his family were the perfectHosts. The home was clean and very spacious for our group. The boys enjoyed the back yard and sitting on the porch counting horses. Host was very responsive to questions. Our family was fortunate enough to visit their farm. Spent about an hour getting to know them. Unfortunately we didn’t get to meet the wife/Mother but their children were amazing and friendly. Hopefully next time! The boys left feeling like they had a new friend. We will definitely check...

"Came with my husband and his band for some shows they had booked in New York. Bedrooms are all upstairs, just so you know, but the beds and atmosphere itself is so cozy! Host was super nice and responded quickly when we needed something, but didn’t bother us at all unnecessarily. Easy check in/check out and we had pretty much everything we needed for our stay. So grateful! Will definitely stay again!"

"The cabin is beautiful. It would be a great place to stay for a big holiday gathering. The kitchen has everything, and there’s plenty of space for everyone. The hot-tub was clean, fun, and easy to use. The host answered all my questions promptly. It’s about 20 min or so to a couple restaurants and shops. "We booked this stay after a last minute cancellation and it was perfect for our group! It was close to the expo center so it was awesome! The parking situation was a little iffy, there were two nights we had to park at the church nearby since all the spots were full, but it wasn’t horrible. Proceed with caution when walking down towards the house, the gravel walkway was a little slippery due to the rain, but the owner did warn us about it!! I would book again. "

"This was a comfortable place to stay overnight in Wilmington, an easy drive to downtown and back, off-street parking, and a simple check-in, all for a reasonable price. The kitchen floor could have been cleaner, but it wasn't a big deal because we weren't in the kitchen a lot. I let the host know and they said they would work to improve it."

"The loft had everything that we needed to make our getaway weekend relaxing and stress free. It’s close to many of the local attractions. (Including, on the suggestion of our hosts, the wonderful Kauffman’s Orchards. Try the cider donuts!). This was our second stay on property; we stayed in the cottage next door last year.
