"Mostly nice rooms if you get the right area of the hotel. Well equipped gym and the spa looked nice although I didn't use it. Food was expensive for the quality in the bar, but the hotel breakfast was very good."

No tenían el pago registrado y descubrí que más bien no habían hecho ellos el cargo a hoteles.com y no sabían cómo hacerlo. Finalmente lo lograron y después de mucho esperar logramos pasar. "This is our got to hotel in Swindon. It’s usually perfect, however, this time, the bed was awful. So hard and pillows were either too hard or lumpy. Also, the sink wouldn’t drain water away."

"First time visiting here, even though we only live a shortish distance away. Can't believe we haven't been there before! Such friendly helpful staff. The room was immaculate, quiet and comfy. Breakfast was also delicious. We will definitely return, as we want to try the Spa facilities."
