"Perfect for a solo traveler, or for a loving couple who just need the basics and not much space. Safeway within walking distance. Working class neighborhood, but not seedy. Property surrounded by new, high fence, so I felt safe. Quiet, except for neighbors' dogs who occasionally have bark fests. But these are infrequent and not loud. One neighbor has a black goat which talks in the morning. It's very cute. Host (who lives in the main house next door) is very courteous and responds almost...

"A cozy little house, perfect for two, nicely furnished and in a lovely historic neighborhood. It’s conveniently located near the university and downtown, transit, and restaurants. Time Market, just a few blocks away, is a real gem - we noshed on goodies there almost every day. The hosts were very quick to respond to questions and the hosting app made the logistics super easy.
