Nestled in the heart of the Périgord, this 300 m² house offers unmatched tranquility and stunning panoramic views.
This 19th-century property has been fully renovated by us, combining authenticity and charm with high-end, practical, and functional features. Le Pigeonnier features a private heated swimming pool (from May to September), secured and measuring 11 x 5 m, surrounded by a 110 m² stone terrace offering breathtaking views and beautiful sunsets over the surrounding countryside. At your disposal: a volleyball/badminton court, as well as many games such as pétanque, molkky, etc. Set on a 1.2-hectare wooded plot, it can comfortably accommodate up to 15 guests.

On the ground floor, you will find a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals for everyone, and a dining room that can host the entire group. The kitchen opens onto a covered terrace, where you will find a very large outdoor dining table, an XXL fire pit barbecue, and a ping-pong table. The spacious living room is equipped with a 55-inch smart TV and an American pool table, as well as a wood-burning stove for cozy evenings.
Le Pigeonnier is also equipped with fiber-optic internet, providing a fast and reliable connection, as well as a Type 2 charging station for electric vehicles.

Upstairs, Le Pigeonnier offers 6 bedrooms with high ceilings, each with its own private bathroom (with either a bathtub or a walk-in shower measuring 120 x 80 cm). The bedrooms are accessible via two separate staircases, ensuring privacy: 3 bedrooms on the left (for 6 guests) and 3 bedrooms on the right (for 8 guests), separated by a highly insulated partition. Each bedroom features high-quality bedding (160 cm beds) with memory foam mattresses.

To make the most of your stay, several on-demand services are available, such as: private chef, massages, yoga classes, babysitting, and on-site wine tasting.

The gîte is located 1.5 km from the village of Pont-Saint-Mamet, which offers a tennis court (access included for our guests), a small grocery store with an excellent bakery, as well as a bar/restaurant, tobacco shop, newsstand, etc. In the surrounding area, you will find many fishing ponds and hiking trails starting right from the house.

We want you to feel at home and completely relaxed during your stay. Thanks to our key box, you will benefit from flexible check-in. We will stop by in the afternoon to welcome you, explain how everything works, and answer any questions you may have.

Located just 20 minutes from Le Pigeonnier, we are available to provide recommendations on must-see attractions, the best local spots, and anything that will help make your stay exceptional.

Dogs are welcome: €25 per stay per dog, entirely donated to a local animal shelter (SPA of Périgueux).
