The property is lovely and well-appointed. The dining room set is very different from what is shown. The chairs were extremely uncomfortable, as was the bench that was provided.It's not mentioned in the description of the unit, but there is a staircase to get to the main level and a staircase to get to the 2 bedrooms upstairs. To get to the third bedroom, you have to come up the stair from the front entrance and then back down another staircase.Looking back at the photos, we should have suspected that there had to be more than one set of stairs, but it would have been nice if it had been stated clearly.Also, the refrigerator did not have a filtered water dispenser, nor was their a Brita water filter pitcher provided. The water from the tap tasted "off" - is the best way I can describe it.That being said, it really is a lovely unit and so nicely located. We enjoyed our stay.

We did not stay at Swing Bridge 40 since there was an issue but we were upgraded to another by the host. It was Rivers Edge and it was beautiful!! So very clean, huge kitchen, large living room space with fireplace which we enjoyed and the beds were so comfortable! The backyard was beautiful and since it was down a long lane it was so quiet and peaceful. There were five adults staying and we had more than enough room. There was a water front close by so we walked down to it and enjoyed the views. Ethan was so kind and very quick to communicate with and we would definitely book any property from him! Thank you, Ethan! It was perfectly lovely!!!

Did enjoy the stay with two of my brothers and their wives. It was perfect for us and the walk into town was lovely. The location was perfect and away from the crowds. could have used a spot for a third car but worked out alright. The only thing the stay needed was a bar-b-que. Otherwise had a great time and enjoyed the location

Absolutely Perfect

We stayed 3 nights for a family wedding. We drove extra cars and although I may have overlooked it, I am writing to let others know that ample street parking is available very close, within the condo development. The whole experience with this rental was perfect. Thank you!

Family getaway

We enjoyed our time at this property, which felt somewhat secluded with its location on the water, but it was also an easy walk to downtown Douglas or quick drive to downtown Saugatuck. The home was clean and spacious, had lots of outdoor space on the porches and balconies, and was convenient to have 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. While it wasn’t a problem for us, be aware that the third bedroom on the lowest level does not have a door to close it off at the bottom of the stairs, so noise from the main floor living space could be an issue. We would definitely stay here again if we go back to the area.

Beautiful views in a comfortable condo

This townhouse style condo is new and very comfortable with gorgeous views of Lake Kalamazoo and Saugatuck from the decks of the condo. We had plenty of room to relax and the kitchen was well stocked. The communication with Ethan was great - he responded right away to any questions. Check in and check out was not a problem at all. We would definitely come back to this place.

Loved the View

I stayed at the condo with my husband, adult child and my parents. The condo was absolutely perfect for our group. It was spacious, clean, welcoming. We loved the bedroom layouts. It allowed everyone to have their own space and privacy. The condo has everything you need. The bikes were a nice surprise, since the condo is roughly a mile from downtown Saugatuck. We walked to downtown Douglas in the mornings for coffee. It’s a nice short walk through a cute neighborhood. This was our first time to Saugatuck and I would definitely return. I would also rent this condo again. You can’t beat the amazing views from the main floor and master, just beautiful.

Beautiful and accommodating!!!

Initially there was a mishap with the communication from VRBO to the property manager. Once I contacted Ethan at the property management office, he quickly corrected the issue and made the experience wonderful for my family and me. We would definitely go back to this property and plan to next year. The property itself is breathtaking. The view on the lake is immeasurable. Quaint Cottages (property management) is taking the cleanliness to the next level with concerns of COVID. I felt so comfortable that my family’s health was the number one priority! Thank you for an amazing stay!
