"The start was little off for us when Google maps directions threw us off (don’t take the OLD Poker Barn road) and ATT cell reception was spotty , but fortunately connected with Bryan and got in without any more fuss. House was perfectly located in front of the river, all amenities available, very peaceful and our pets had the most fun as well. We got some great family time bonding…. Checked out local historic landmarks, old towns etc… overall great trip and wonderful place….."

"We absolutely loved this home. Great communication from the owners. House was super clean and very comfortable. The pool was beautiful - we didn’t get to swim due to terrible weather but we plan to come back when the weather is better. They had everything we could have needed. Definitely look forward to coming back."

"This sweet cottage was the ideal place for us to stay while visiting a relative in Redding. Outside of the town, it’s surrounded by trees and hills and is very quiet. The bed is really comfortable, the shower is great and we had everything we needed, including a selection of good coffee (pod machine) and laundry facilities. Check-in and out was seamless via the Smart lock. We would stay here again!"

"This was a wonderful home for a family with kiddos. The hottub was a wonderful way to start the day. The pool area is beautiful. There is shade and plenty of lounging. "I rented this property in order to attend Kool April Nights. I towed a car on a trailer, and saw that this property had a large driveway that would accommodate that. The home was nicely updated with a 2x2 setup. The second bedroom was downstairs, which gave a nice privacy affect with the other couple that came along. The property manager (owner I believe) was very responsive and kept me up to date with everything I needed."
