Amazing historic palace.
The hotel is historic and full of detail. My room wasn’t ready as I arrived at 10am, so they leant me a “spare room” just to shower and recover. It turned out to be the North African campaign room, attached to Eisenhower bedroom where the invasion of southern Europe in WW2 was planned. Amazing. Advice, ...
