The house is very open with the a large living space including the living room, kitchen, kitchen eating area, and den) and is a VERY spacious living space (living room: (couch, love seat, chair, TV), Kitchen island with 3 swivel chairs, kitchen table with 6 chairs, den ( 2 swivel chairs and daybed) . Everything is beautiful!! There is plenty of room for you to exercise in either the living room, den, covered patio. The kitchen and den have views of the private backyard.

The den has a day bed that feels just like a couch, or it can be used as an extra bed. If it used as a bed, the landlord can put a portable wall can be places to separate the daybed and to give privacy. One of the bedrooms has a electric standing desk that is height adjustable (from sitting to standing) that is a great place to work or play video games. Enjoy the view outside through the large windows and the morning and afternoon sun. The house has Infinity high speed WIFI (Typically Download Mbps: 500, Upload Mbps: +20). The home has a router with two repeaters to provide a wide coverage area both inside and outside.

The house has three bedrooms (plus den that can be used as bedroom). Including: 1) One large master bedroom with queen sized bed, TV, master bathroom and large walk-in closet, and 2) Two additional bedrooms each have full-sized beds with closets. All rooms have ceiling fans. We value our guests' need for a good night's sleep, studying or getting work done. All new bed mattresses (Nectar Memory foam) beds are extremely comfy and have received many "Best Memory Foam Mattress" awards!

The 4th bedroom in this description is the den with the daybed. If a tenant needs an additional single bed, there is an inflatable twin bed in the closet. You can set it up for free. Or, the landlord can put it in one in one of the bedrooms or the den for a fee of $70. In total there can be a total of 5 beds (1 queen, 2 full, 1 daybed, and 1 twin (inflatable))
The 5th bed (a single bed) is not regularly set up for tenants. If you need the 5th bed, or if you want the portable wall placed to separate the daybed to give it privacy, please notify the landlord when you make the reservation.
