"Really enjoyed our stay! Wish I could give 4.5 stars. Communication was excellent and the check in process was simple. The wifi was a little confusing; password was provided but not the network, and we couldn't join any of the networks that popped up as options (unsure of written character; S or 5?). Would have emailed and asked, but it was 10pm and we were trying to watch the NCAA tournament and couldn't. No tissues and TP was very thin. Only coffee for Keurig was peppermint mocha; nothing...

"House was as described. It is located off Harper Road. In a great location for lots of activities. There are several choices for restaurants. There is a Kroger grocery store nearby. The house was clean. Nicely decorated. Has in room air conditioning for bedrooms and main room. There is a coffee maker. A few kitchen utensils if you want to cook. Neighborhood is quiet. We had a great stay for my mom’s high school class reunion at Lake Steven’s."

"The Caboose was such a neat little place to stay. Very clean, great A/C, ideal location to do all kinds of tourist-y stuff in Fayetteville and the surrounding areas. The host was so helpful and nice. We accidentally locked ourselves out and the host was very quick to get back to me and get someone out there to unlock the door. After we got all that figured out, he gave us some fantastic tips for things to do and the best way to experience some of the trails. He also recommended an annual bird...

"This property was the coziest house as it felt like home. The house was furnished with everything you needed. John and Suzy were very responsive to any of our questions and concerns. It was conveniently located to all attractions. This area is beautiful. I would recommend to anyone."

"Great stay! Very hospitable, clean, and unique place. Would stay here again!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. Clean, comfortable, well appointed, and convenient to town. Would definitely stay again if in the area!"

"Great stay!"

"Very clean, great location, sweet little town"

"Great location. Home is great with a large deck overlooking mountains. Owners are friendly and accommodating. Kitchen is well equipped. I would definitely go back. Only downfall is lack of restaurants."

"Owner was very communicative. There were a few issues when we arrived because of the former renter. Philip dealt with the issues immediately. The older home is well maintained in an established neighborhood. Extremely clean. Home is well located to explore the northern, central and southern entrances to New River Gorge National Park. We enjoyed having wine on the outside patio. Washer and dryer in the basement was a big plus. Enjoyable experience. William and Jan, Iowa"

"It was a fun way to stay. Location was minutes from trailheads and town. I would recommend this place to a small family (there is a loft to sleep in) or a hiking group."

"Excellent care and attention to detail. As guys always do, we forgot all the necessities and the hosts had it all for us there… soap, shampoo, laundry detergent. Wonderful place to stay while visiting the Gorge"
