    Step inside and what you notice first is the space — genuine breathing room across 69 m² where five people can each settle in at their own pace. Two separate bedrooms on either side of the living area, a proper dining table, a full bathroom plus a separate guest WC: the kind of apartment where mornings run smoothly and evenings feel like home. The Kreuzviertel is right outside the door.

The layout is generous: two bedrooms positioned on either side of the central living area, each its own retreat with a king-size bed and room-darkening blinds. The living room brings everyone together — dining table, Smart TV, and a pull-out sofa bed for the fifth guest, with pillows and a blanket stored in the compartment underneath. A full bathroom with shower, plus a separate guest WC: two bathrooms that keep things running smoothly when everyone's up at the same time.

    - Sleeping & Living: Two bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and room-darkening blinds. We provide fresh bed linen at the start of your stay. A Smart TV in the living room is ready for your favourite streaming services. The living room also features a dining area and a pull-out sofa bed for the fifth guest — pillows and a blanket are stored in the integrated compartment underneath the sofa.



    - Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen for self-catering at your own pace — from quick breakfasts to proper dinners. Hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, capsule machine, kettle, and toaster are all available. We provide an initial supply of coffee capsules for the capsule machine. Tea is provided. Salt, pepper, sugar, and milk are provided to get you started. Kitchen roll and washing-up liquid are provided. Dishwasher tablets are included.



    - Bathroom: A modern full bathroom with shower and hair dryer. A separate guest WC adds extra comfort for groups at full capacity. We provide fresh towels at the start of your stay. Toilet paper and soap are provided.



    - Work & Internet: Reliable high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. A table and chairs are available — well-suited for occasional work or a relaxed meal.



    - Practical: Storage space is available for your belongings.



    - Building & Access: Self check-in via SmartLock — no key handover required. Free public parking is available in the side streets surrounding the building.

    You're in the Kreuzviertel — one of Dortmund's most popular residential quarters.     REWE supermarket on Rittershausstraße (8–9 min walk), with further bakeries, an organic store, and everyday shops all within 5–10 minutes on foot. Dortmund's main shopping street, the Westenhellweg, is about 10 minutes away.

    Free public on-street parking is available directly in the surrounding streets. The Kreuzviertel is a popular area — allow a few extra minutes to find a spot when you arrive.

    U-Bahn Kreuzstraße (U42 / U46, approx. 10 min walk) — direct connections to Dortmund Hauptbahnhof and the city centre. S-Bahn Möllerbrücke is about 7–8 minutes on foot, a quieter route into the wider Ruhr region.

    Tip: Download the VRR app to buy single tickets or day passes directly on your phone — no need for cash at the machine.

    The A40 motorway is roughly 3 km away, connecting you across the Ruhr area. Dortmund Airport (DTM) is about 15–20 minutes by car.
