Lakeside Paradise!

The property is amazing. The house has everything you need and the private beach/lake access is perfect. We had 2 young kids and 8 adults. There was plenty of room for all of us and more. Everything was wonderful and the hosts were accommodating and easy to communicate with. Only thing I could possibly provide any feedback on is the mattresses were not very comfortable. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed out stay here in late May! It was a perfect time to visit - everything was so green, the lake was mostly full but with some beach space for our kids to play on, and the house was in perfect condition. The hosts were wonderful and made the stay easy and painless. It was a perfect home for multiple families in a quiet part of the little peninsula on the lake.

Comfy & Quiet

This home is spotless and beautiful. It’s in a quiet neighborhood RIGHT on the lake. Gorgeous views! The beds were extremely comfortable! The hot tub was amazing as well. I loved that it is right off the master bedroom, so you don’t freeze on the way in! There are also porch heaters out there-bonus! The kitchen was fully stocked with gear, but very limited spices/food. The listing says there isn’t any coffee and they are correct! Bring your own! By far my favorite thing was that our rather large pickup FIT INSIDE the garage! First time it’s ever been garaged since we’ve owned it! The heater worked perfect throughout the entire house and was easy to turn down at night. The management team is top notch. They responded to two concerns we had within minutes. One was the water quit working (it was a super simple fix due to a filter that had been replaced and I was able to turn the handle back on with their easy to understand photo they sent). The other was that the Keurig coffee maker needed to be descaled and it quit working. The cleaning manager came over herself and got it working for us-she went way above and beyond. Especially since it was a record weekend for them with check ins. The things I would recommend for the owner/management to change would be: 1. Put extra blankets in the closets. There aren’t any, so we used the comforters off the extra beds we weren’t using. 2. Provide coffee, filters and k cups 3. There is no DVD/Blu-ray player (update listing)

Wonderful Experience

This was a perfect experience for me and my family. Everything was as expected. We were a little worried that, with 12 of us, we would not have enough storage for food but the cabin has 3 refrigerators! It was wonderful. Lake water level was a little low but but they can’t control that.

Modern and cozy feel

The house is very beautiful inside. Very spacious and large. Comfortable for large groups. The beds could have been cleaned a bit better, the bed covers, pillows and comforters stunk. Other than that, it was great

Perfect Thanksgiving Getaway

We rented this property to celebrate a family Thanksgiving. It was a perfect location. The property was cozy and perfect for a family event. The physical location was beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great Prperty

We loved staying at this lake house! Great location - loved the cove the house sat on. Was perfect for teaching our young kids to water ski! One note is that the house does not supply beach towels or any type of additional blankets for the occasional chilly nights. I would also recommend getting wine glasses. There were at least 3 wine openers provided but no wine glasses. Otherwise, was a great stay and would rent agin.

Amazing Family Getaway

Our family of 12 spent a week at this property in June 2021. We had 6 adults and 6 children ages 11-20. I must say any communication/questions for Frost were responded to quickly and professionally. The house was spotless when we arrived and being right on the lake was perfect. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked for the first few days. The kids loved the pool table especially. The master bedroom was a distance away from the rest of the house so when we went to bed earlier than the night owls, we could barely hear them. We spend lots of time on the back deck with the amazing view. We especially enjoyed the fire pit, hot tub, barbeque and picnic table and chairs that easily accommodated our group. We also enjoyed being in a small town that was close to more touristy McCall about 20 minutes away. Our family goes on these trips every other year and the group unanimously voted on this place as the best location ever!

Best Girls Weekend!

This place is the place of weekend dreams! We had a group of 8 ladies and we fully enjoyed the spacious kitchen, outdoor dining area, fire pit, as well as the hot tub. The place was beautifully decorated and one of the most clean homes I've ever stayed in. It felt like we were residing in an oversized hotel just ourselves. The lake view was the cherry on top of the cake. Also, Frost Cabin property management went above and beyond for us. Their customer service is a standard to which all others should be held. That said, our stay was a 10/10!

Overpriced Rental

We rented the home in February while it was snowing. All beds had NO blankets and just a thin bedspread, beds were terrible, and some of the sheets had holes in them. Snow was never removed from the deck and walk-ways. Multiple locked doors in the house “including pantry”. We were informed we needed to store food in the laundry room 🤷‍♀️. Frost management informed us we wouldn’t be provided blankets and not helpful at all. Also, be aware that the house only has access to 1 of the 2 garages..... We rent a premier home twice a year (summer & ski) for family trips. I have never experienced such poor quality as we did with this $$$ home. Thankfully we have friends with a home in the area we borrowed blankets from after them as well as purchased several in town. Will NOT recommend Frost Management rentals or this home to anyone.

We had the best week at this place. The home is beautiful sitting on the best area of the lake. The home was furnished with everything we needed for food preparation and cleaning. Could not recommend this place higher.

Beautiful Home!

This home was perfect. Even more beautiful than the pictures. It’s great for a family getaway and has great rooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was my favorite. Plenty of room. We loved this house!
