"We had a wonderful stay at Heritage Village for my birthday. Every single staff member was excellent- friendly, courteous and helpful. I can't remember all of their names but do remember Ganesh and Abigail on reception along with Naira and Balakrishna at Chutney. We spoke to the lovely female head chef at Chutney to thank her for the wonderful breakfast buffets - again her name eludes me but she was so sweet and does an excellent job. "The pictures on the website do not tell the full story. The road ends 20 meters before the property, so prepare to wheel bags and walk across wet red clay. When we arrived the room reeked of cigarettes. They said they were fully booked and could not move us, but I could book a room still online, so they lied about that. The pool was drained and being repaired, but no mention of this anywhere before booking. Getting a chair to the lawn was hassle. There was only one restaurant, the bar was not...

"The pool is by far the best I visited. The upper pool is large. Perfect Temp has easy steps and no children. The lower pool is for kids but it is far enough away you can't hear them.
The beach is private, clean large and unobstructed views.
Staff at noth the pool and beach provide towels and will serve refreshments."
