"This property is amazing!! The scenery is like no other. We seen deer through the whole time we where here. These cuties are everywhere so be careful driving. The house has so much to offer. From all the room downstairs that leads out to the deck over looking the lake. We lucked out during our September trip with 90 degrees which lead us to do some floating on the lake and also kayaking. "We had an amazing time staying at this property. It was a convenient location for some guests who’d never visited the lake, lots of easy parking, the setup indoors was exactly as described, and we had a gorgeous weekend on the water swimming and using the kayaks. "Cute little home in the forest, so quiet and peaceful! It’s a bit of a drive to get to anything - groceries, restaurants etc, but when you’re sitting on the back porch enjoying the beautiful view you won’t care. Just plan accordingly. Great communication from Kevin when needed. Clean home, comfy beds, a fridge that was very thoughtfully stocked with lots of bottled water which was very appreciated for hiking the trails nearby. Highly recommend!"

"Clean, quiet cabin. Several cabins fairly close by on the property. A thicket of trees separates the property from a golf course and it is a couple of blocks from a highway, so not exactly secluded. That isn't necessarily a negative. I felt safe there and it was easy to find with the directions from the host It was a quiet environment and very pleasant to sit out on the deck which was shaded by a tree at Cabin 2. Unlike some of the other cabins, mine had only two steps up to the deck, so...

"Perfect! That is the best way to describe our stay. We celebrated our 25th anniversary with a stay at Doc’s Lakeside Cabin. We only need two things for a get away to be enjoyable. 1. Clean accommodations. 2. Peaceful quiet solitude. Doc’s cabin did not disappoint. The cabin was immaculately clean to a level we’ve not experienced in a rental.
