Other Things to Note:

To ensure a pleasant stay, please note our house rules and policies. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00. We kindly ask that you do not smoke on the premises and strictly observe our no pets policy. For the safety of your group, please ensure children are supervised at all times, especially around the swimming pool area. Please note that seafood cooking is not permitted inside the home, and we ask that guests do not sit on indoor furniture while wet from the pool or beach. A liability waiver must be signed prior to your arrival. The property accommodates a maximum of 8 adults and 4 children, and please be aware that the top bunk beds are reserved for children only, with no exceptions. We provide free private parking on the premises for multiple vehicles.
