Some beachfront restaurants nearby as well, but Mango Tree restaurant was the best, in our opinion. "This is a wonderful boutique hotel set on a gorgeous sandy beach. The gardens and pool are beautiful. It’s a very quiet relaxing place with very friendly, helpful staff. There are two kayaks and a paddleboard available free of charge. There is a hotel spa that offers massages on the beach and also a massage place on the beach next to the hotel. "This is our 4th time in this hotel, but last time was several years ago so there are many improvements- the rooms has been modernised, new restaurant menu, new area with swimming pool, a gym and Thai boxing added, and a spa. But the main character of the property is maintained- being a very relaxed, beautiful seaside hotel. All staff are extremely helpful and friendly too, no ask too big. "Amazing hotel, felt more like 4 stars than 3. The staff was very helpful and super friendly. We were upgraded to one of the bungalows close to the pool and the room was absolutely beautiful, only small negative was that the mattress was very hard. But that seems to be the norm on koh samui.
