"We had a great holiday in the villa and specifically enjoyed the garden, pool and location on top of a hill. Small grocery in 5 min drive. Although 40 min drive to Ancona / the coast, the location for us was nothing less than fabulous. Visited several wineries in the neighbourhood as well as a olive oil maker. Contact with owner is very prompt and smooth; check-in and check-out effortless."

Camere grandi e luminose, con il necessario per sentirsi a proprio agio (ventilatore, specchi, grucce negli armadi, cuscini, letti abbastanza comodi ...) "Cristiano war ein sehr entspannter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber! Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig, perfekt für eine kleine Reise mit mehreren Leuten. Avenale ist ein schöner und ruhiger Ort. Das Internet war nicht besonders schnell, war aber in Ordnung. Zum Einkaufen fährt man gut und gerne 30 Minuten, kann aber auch in dem kleinen Laden nebenan einkaufen. Vielen Dank, Cristiano... "Een fijn vakantiehuis, zowel bij mooi als slechter weer. Grote tuin met heerlijk zwembad, maar bij kouder weer heel ruim en gezellig binnen, twee knusse haarden, een collectie dvd's etc. Een prima huis om met een grote familie in te verblijven. Enige nadeel is misschien dat het wel vrij afgelegen ligt en in de heuvels, dus je moet best veel rijden om dingen te zien. Verder heerlijk en hele vriendelijke communicatie met de lokale beheerder."

"Un posto bellissimo!!!! Una vera bomboniera. Le foto dell'annuncio sono assolutamente veritiere. La casa è in una zona riservata e nella natura tra le colline ...il silenzio domina piacevolmente e il panorama è veramente mozzafiato. La piscina è carina e pulita dotata di un chioschetto col frigo utilissimo. I proprietari passano la mattina per la manutenzione del giardino(curatissimo) ma sono discreti e gentili( ci hanno portato le uova fresche del loro pollaio).🤣 Una location...

"Prima huis maar wat tegenviel was het feit dat het ( vrij kleine ) zwembad gedeeld moest worden met de gasten van het aanpalende huurhuis. Hier is niets over terug te vinden in de advertentie. Wij hadden geluk dat onze buren geen gebruik maakten van het zwembad maar als dat wel zo was geweest waren er veel te weinig stoelen en ligbedden aanwezig! Graag dus aanpassing in de advertentie op VRBO!"

"Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt mit sechs Erwachsenen und sechs Kindern sehr genossen. Der Blick von der Terrasse sorgt für Entspannung und das Haus ist großzügig, ruhig und sehr schön eingerichtet. . Es gibt vier Schlafzimmerr in der ersten Etage sowie eins im Etdgeschoss, was vergleichsweise klein ist und uns nicht ganz so gut gefallen hat wie die Zimmer oben. Ein weiteres Schlafzimmer findet sich im Cottage. Toll wäre es, wenn auch die Fenster des Wohnzimmers Fliegengitter hätten. Dann könnte...

"Schöne Unterkunft etwas außerhalb von Fabriano, mit einem SUV gut zu erreichen. Paolo kümmert sich regelmäßig um den Pool.Die Betten sind sehr gut und auch die Küchenausstattung ist top, ebenfalls gibt es eine bequeme Couch. Die Überdachung vor dem Haus mit Tisch und Bänken ist bei einem etwaigen Regenschauer oder für einen Vollschatten sehr gut zu nutzen. Alles in allem eine schöne Unterkunft."

"We (4 adults and 4 children) had a wonderful holiday in a fantastic property. The modern farmhouse is surrounded by cornfields and in around 15-20 minutes by car you are at the beach. The house has very good facilities. The kitchen has everything you need and the garden is just huge...same is the pool...just amazing! Outside there is enough seating available for dining as well as lounge chairs to relax by the pool area. The owner was extremely hospitable and helpful! We already had some drinks...
