Highly Recommend!! We have stayed at several houses in this area and this house is absolutely fantastic!! It is in the jungle! Lots of wildlife! We had capuchin monkeys visit almost everyday and could hear howler monkeys all around us. The outdoor space and pool is amazing. The two decks are great for morning coffee and afternoon naps in the shade. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us. The road up is steep and if it rains can be challenging, but it dries out pretty fast. Definitely need a 4x4 SUV. Short drive down the mountain to fantastic beaches! The kitchen is very will stocked with everything including spices. We had a challenge arriving after dark finding the property, but that was my fault because I didn't check my junk mail for the email from Massi with very detailed instructions. But I was able to get in touch with Tracy and Jim and they very helpful. We can't wait to go back and stay here again!! You can't go wrong with this house!

We were very please with the property and the beautiful scenery it provided. Adriano was very efficient with our needs. We utilized the Chef service and they were amazing. But I do have to say that I am not please with the lack of response from Silvia. We had a terrible situation on Thursday night and I have not heard a word from Silvia. We had a terrible flood in the en-suite. All the water from the tub came into the closet, bathroom and bedroom. It came thru the pipe that the dehumidifier hose goes into. As well as coming up thru the drain of the shower. We used all the towels and rugs. There was no stopping it. We were up for hours. All we could do was ring out the towels in the shower area and keep mopping up the water. I messaged Adriano first thing in the morning and he brought a crew in to clean while we were out for the day. Otherwise we enjoyed your little piece of heaven.

Incredible home. The view is even better than the photos can do justice to. Complete privacy but make sure you do rent a 4x4 vehicle for the drive up! Owner and property manager were super prompt in communication and Silvia the concierge (included) was a great help in booking activities. Short drive to multiple markets and restaurants , this is an ideal area to stay in for a nice balance of activities but also away from city atmosphere. Only negative was the spa is not heated ( I like hot water!) We stayed in the rainy season & it was perfect- not too hot, no tourists, and the storms were awesome to watch. Most surreal sunset I’ve ever seen in my life from that back patio! Wonderful stay, thank you

Everything was wonderful, especially being able to sit under the gazebo and enjoy the rain right in the middle of the rainforest. The road is a little rough, but with the 4 wheel drive, we had no problem. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Amazing

This is probably the best holiday home we have ever stayed in. We couldn't fault anything.The property and grounds were perfect for wildlife - howler monkeys, Capuchin monkeys, toucans and loads more.Lovely pool with great views and wonderful interior and bedrooms.Loved it

Great property! Great stay!

We stayed on short notice with Tracy and team being great to work with. Very nice upgrades have been made and the outdoor sitting, lounging and grilling areas are outstanding additions since we stayed prior. Saw plenty of wildlife including two kinds of monkeys. Would definitely stay again in the future!

Great Stay in Dominical

Really enjoyed staying at Casa de los Suenos in Dominical, what a special house and location. They views are magnificent and the house is well positioned to take advantage of them all. We had some amazing sunsets! The setting and wildlife are memorable to behold, with monkeys and macaws and other birds and animals nearby. Our stay was a ton of fun for the kids to experience a bit of Pura Vida on the Costa Rican coast. Many times we had dinner in downtown Dominical and Uvita and other spots just near the house and down the hill. The locals were friendly and the local food better than expected! Amazing fruits and healthy options nearby. A highlight was the local coffee and chocolate! We would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for an authentic Costa Rica getaway.

Another Amazing Stay

This was our second stay at Tracy’s property. It is simply magnificent. The upgrades on patio are beautiful from the last time we stayed in 2015. Everyone is wonderful, easy to contact and well the property makes you feel as if you are in paradise. The beds and pillows are so comfortable. It feels like a home away from home. A great stay at a fantastic property

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and both times we were not disappointed at all,the property is overall outstanding, We all enjoyed our stay very much the views of the sunset and the ocean were outstanding, and we saw monkeys tucans parrots, and more. We loved the outdoor kitchen and used it for breakfast lunch and dinners. the pool was fantastic, We were in it at least twice a day and the outdoor living room was so incredible in the morning and in the evening to watch the sunset I would highly recommend this propertyto anyone.

A Little Slice of Heaven

This place is absolutely amazing and the host is fantastic. Very responsive and the little touches make this a special place.If you are looking for a secluded spot (you will absolutely need four wheel drive as the listing says) to get away with family of all ages this is the place. You can sit in the pool and watch the most amazing sunsets you will ever see or sit on either of the outside decks and watch all the wildlife.The outdoor kitchen space is fantastic and we cooked almost all of our meals there. You are only 20 minutes from Dominical (I wish we had explored it earlier) and a relatively short drive to two national parks.This is a great place to stay and I cannot recommend it or the host strongly enough!

We had an amazing time at the Villa. It completely lived up to the previous reviews. Dominical is a great to explore from. The arrangements and communication with Massi was excellent. We used Silvias services a lot too- she was fantastic and I wish she was available for all our holidays!

Beautiful

Great stay. We always felt very safe wherever we went. We did see some wildlife. My kids loved the pool! You can’t beat the views. The location is great; right between Uvita and Manuel Antonio. We loved the local beaches! The road up to the house really was quite easy. We have no complaints. I would book this house again. Thanks!

Beautiful view, great pool, big property

My husband and I stayed here for four days in April 2024 and we really enjoyed just sitting on the patio and swimming in the pool. Property is about 10 minutes from Dominical and is road which is not paved (and up a hill). Can’t imagine a car without 4x4 would work, we rented a Hyundai toucan and it worked fine. Property manager was easy to communicate with through WhatsApp.

We just recently stayed here the view incredible . It is an adventure getting up there but it was worth it and half of the fun. We will definitely be back here. Amazing restaurants near by and if you’re a surfer a wonderful surf spot near by. It’s quick to get to other towns and go exploring. Quick drive to Manuel Antonio and to the waterfall. Perfect location to get to see a lot of the country. Thanks for having us.

Relaxing in Dominical

We stayed for 5 weeks from Feb. 24 to Mar. 31 2024. While the drive up the hill got rougher as the weeks went by, we have been on rougher roads in Costa Rica. The house did not disappoint. Views were spectacular, the pool was a perfect way to relax on hot days and the house had everything we needed. Adriano was quick and attentive to any needs we had and Gerardo was always quick to respond to anything we asked. He also challenged us with the little Spanish we learned online but that was fun! We enjoyed sporadic visits from howlers and white-faced capuchins as well as toucans, aracaris and other tropical birds. We spent three weeks with friends and two weeks with family including two young grandsons and they thoroughly enjoyed the pool. We felt very safe and secure and would highly recommend this house for a quiet get-away.

Beautiful Jungle Retreat

We loved this peaceful and private home in the jungle. The outdoor living spaces are high-quality and and the views are spectacular. We spent most of our time enjoying the property and watching the wildlife. The beds and bedding are very comfortable. The house is well-equipped with everything you need for a vacation in the Dominical area. We would love to stay again!

Dream House

CSDL is Heaven! Location, setting, property, views, wild birds and monkeys...it has it all. Having stayed at this property multiple times has kept me coming back year after year as there have been many annual improvements (hard to top) that make the return each year an easy decision. CSDL is by far the most comfortable, quite, completely furnished villa I have ever occupied. The owners and management staff take impecable care of this property inside and out. These 13 secluded acres has no neighbors, no road noise,...just tropical breezes and breath taking views of the Pacific Ocean and fantastic sunsets...every night! Casa de los Seunos is a Deam House!

Heavenly!

We loved our week at Casa de los Suenos. The view is amazing, the pool so refreshing after swimming at the beach, and kitchen well stocked for making your delicious fresh fish and fruit smoothies! You’ll hear howlers and soooo many birds, lots of parrots and toucans. Massi was so helpful, even after we left, about a forgotten item. We’ll be back for sure!

Wonderful Time

We had a wonderful time at Casa de los suenos. A magnificent panoramic view of the forest and the ocean. The qazebo was our favorite place to admire the sunset. The water in the pool was perfect and the villa was very clean when we arrived. Gerardo was there at the right time to make sure everything was going well for us. He introduced us to the magnificent playa Linda. Sylvia walked us all through the process of renting our car and helped ensure everything went smoothly. We will keep very good memories of this exceptional place!

Truly a house of dreams

Amazing property and views with wildlife in abundance. We loved our stay and all the extra added touches that made the place homey and comfortable. Great outdoor living spaces. Wish we could have stayed longer! We would have appreciated a kettle for tea since we are not coffee drinkers but a minor thing. We could have done without the constant noise of the waterfall between pools, which we creatively managed. Staff onsite surprised us a few times. Overall, we would come back to Casa de los Sueńos in a heartbeat.

Spectacular View From A Wonderful Home

This is a wonderfully equipped home with a spectacular view that happens to be fairly close to the main highway. Homes with this view usually require a 15-20 minute drive up into the mountain. This house is like 6 minutes up the road. The welcome basket that was left for us put a big smile on our faces. Getting a hold of the management company was quick and easy. My one complaint is that it was very hot in the main living area since there is no A/C in that area. While there are 3 fans in that living area, they are all stuck in the low position which renders them useless. We were told that they were going to replace the fans. We even saw them in the storage area. If only they had replaced them before we arrived. The bedrooms are fine with perfectly working A/Cs. The other comment I have is to build one step by the jacuzzi. The patio floor is extremely slippery when coming out of the jacuzzi and it’s about a three foot step down. I took a tumble and am lucky I didn’t break my knee or elbow, or something more serious. I’m sure I’m not the only one that has slipped coming out of the jacuzzi. We would definitely stay at this house again. Although we didn’t see all the wildlife we were hoping for, we heard the howler monkeys on 4 different days, saw a toucan and many other birds, along with a critter that might have been a coati. This is the perfect location close to Dominical and Uvita. Great restaurants close by with Scala becoming our new favorite. Pura Vida!
