"El personal es muy agradable y muy detallista, el hotel esta cerca de una zona comercial con restaurantes y un parque, pero en la parte baja de la ciudad por lo que para visitar la fortaleza hay que superar un considerable desnivel. La habitación un poco vieja, el mecanismo de cierra de la puerta un poco extraño tienes la sensación de dormir con la puerta abierta. La conexión WiFi gratuita pero funciona falta, se corta o simplemente no conecta. El parking del hotel pequeñito pero con zona azul...
"Our stay wasn’t planned but the result of sudden debilitation on the part of my husband who needed more comfort than our small campervan could provide. We certainly found a high level of comfort - beds, hotel amenities generally - as well as the most sympathetic and helpful reception imaginable. The breakfast buffet deserves its award: great variety and high quality. The patronne and her staff were attentive and quickly made us feel at home. Altogether a lovely ambiance for any kind of stay. ...
"Having read some reviews I expected this to be more run down than it was. It was actually very good for the money. Linen was provided free of charge, as were cleaning items for the flat and enough plates, cutlery and kitchen items, which some reviews had said were either extra or not available, but I believe towels were extra (we bought our own). Staff were helpful, place was very well located next to the lift and a 5 minute walk to the supermarket. There is underground parking, but it’s height...
"The property itself is a little dated but the staff were fantastic. They really go out of their way to make you feel at home. The atmosphere in the hotel is relaxed and friendly.

"El hotel está alejado del centro pero es una ubicación adecuada como punto de partida para ruta en bicicleta. El hotel está muy bien, la habitación cómoda, con parking gratuito delante, piscina cubierta y guardabicis."
