The BBQ at the pool didn’t work, luckily there was one at the camp kitchen to use but the room was locked. It’s a conference centre first and foremost and for the ten days we were there there were no conferences so was very very quiet with limited facilities available. "We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. Renee our host was very helpful and friendly. We had a meal and breakfast which were both excellent. The accommodation was very comfortable and the decor was a lovely change from our usual contemporary. If we get back to Melb for a Yarra Valley visit, Victoria House will be our go to."

"This hotel is a home for displaced individuals, there were permanent residents in rooms that were not even one star quality. I did not even sleep there as I did not feel safe and instead booked a different motel down the road. My intuition was correct as when I turned up the next day I saw the reception front windows had been smashed in overnight. Definitely avoid this hotel"

"Going to start off by saying that when you advertise a cottage in the middle of peak summer then you should ensure that at the very least the aircon is working. The place felt like a furnace the moment we stepped in and when we switched on the aircon it was not working. I promptly messaged about it hoping someone would come and fix it next day.
