"I never saw the inside of this property so I cannot comment on the accuracy of that. The property is located in a neighborhood full of abandoned and run down homes. Only one other house on the block appeared livable. There is also no parking anywhere around the home including the street in front. I didn’t feel safe staying there and walking in a neighborhood of abandoned homes in the dark."

"We were not able to stay at our reserved place. The host called us the day before and told us that the heat went out in the property we had reserved, and could not be fixed in time. However, the host owns other properties in Birmingham, and so gave us other options. We were satisfied with the replacement. The host gave us a refund on the price difference.Consequently, this five star rating is for the customer service, not for the property listed, since I cannot comment on that."

"The room itself is nice, but advertised as a two bedroom, when it was actually a one bedroom with a loft for the second bedroom. Furniture was in need of deep clean due to the cloth being dirty from prior guest. Loved the fact that the room included a closed in garage, although it is only big enough for a small car. Room was nice and cool when we arrived, which I really liked. Area is quite considering where it’s located and there is a food court within walking distance."
