The modern villa lies in the charming community of Dolcedo, in the vicinity of the provincial capital Imperia. It is situated on the quiet Colle Lupi hill, surrounded by ten other villas.

Entrance to the villa goes via a gate on a small road. A few steps lead to the main level which offers a lounge area, a shaded terrace with a table for eating ‘al fresco’ with magnificent views over the Prino valley and a lush garden with two beautiful palm trees and a soft lawn.
A second flight of steps leads to the next garden level where the swimming pool heated at a temperature of 29 °C is located, as well as a terrace with sunbeds and an outdoor shower. A few small steps bring you to the top terrace which offers a petanque area which can also be used as a field for badminton and other sports.
The house has two levels: the first level contains a spacious living room with a dining table and fire place, an open-plan kitchen, a large bedroom with two beds and a bathroom. The modern kitchen with a central island in a bar-counter style is equipped with a large oven, dishwasher and many appliances.
A spiral staircase in the living room leads to the second floor which houses two large bedrooms, a smaller room with a bunk bed, a laundry room, separate toilet and a large bathroom with a shower and bath tub and a stunning view.

The villa is equipped with free wifi, audiosystem for iPod/iPhone4, DVD player and satellite television.
