Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Unsere Kinder hatten viel Spaß in dem riesigen Pool. Die Zufahrt ist ein kleines Abenteuer beim ersten Mal, aber das klappte dann gut. Der Hauskeeper war für Fragen immer erreichbar. Der Check-In lief super, das Haus ist sauber und gut ausgestattet, nur in der Küche fehlen ein paar Töpfe und eine Pfanne. Auf dem Grundstück hat man viel Platz und alles sieht so aus, wie auf den Bildern. Der Ort selber ist zauberhaft und auch zum Einkaufen und zum Meer ist es mit dem Auto nicht weit. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, wenn sich die Gelegenheit bietet.

Zufahrt sehr schwierig und schlechter Weg mit Familien Bus sehr eng

Narbarn im Haus die gerne lange feiern! Pool war verschmutzt und ungepflegt. Im Haus soweit alles ok. Küche gut ausgestattet. Elektrische Anlage kommt gern an die Grenzen. Autostellplatz Super. Besuch von Wildschweinen auf dem Grundstück

Thank you for this fantastic holiday! The villa was perfect, exactly what we were looking for: close to the coast but with the charm of surrounding hills, spacious, with multiple outdoor sitting areas, well equipped (could do with a bigger frying pan if I had to list something that was missing...). The pool was great: clean, partly in the shade which was appreciated by the kids. Poolside needs a little attention (wooden serround needs to be fixed on) but overall we have immensely enjoyed our afternoons at the pool and it was definitely a highlight!Plenty of fans around the house (at least 3 or 4). No air con but we didn't feel the need for it either as it was quite breezy. We have also greatly appreciated Sergio, who was very welcoming, reactive and available to help.The access road is narrow and steep as you have probably red in previous reviews, but unless you're driving a very large vehicle (we were in vw touran, so not the smallest of cars) you can get up there fine.I would definitely book it again!

Das Haus ist wunderbar. Leider war es nicht ganz sauber. Schubladen, Oberflächen und die Dusche waren verschmutzt. Wir mussten nachputzen. Die Straße zum Haus wird als abenteuerlich beschrieben, geht aber. Italien eben. Aber der Steinplattenweg zum Pool ist weit chaotischer, wackelige, kleine Platten, ein Weg der Balanceakte. Das war es mit den negativen Eindrücken. Die Betreuung durch Sergio war excellent. Auf unseren Wunsch wurde eine Außendusche für unseren behinderten Freund angeschafft, alles bestens! Der Pool war schön groß, die Einfassung etwas betagt. Haus und Grund schön in die Landschaft eingebunden. Herrliche Ausblicke, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Fast immer war es abends sehr ruhig, ein paar mal die üblichen Partys im Umfeld. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut, jedes Doppelzimmer hat eine Dusche und Toilette. Am Ende haben wir die negativen Kleinigkeiten vergessen und die Zeit im Haus genossen.

Hilltop house in Liguria

We had a great time at this house, despite the crazy driveway to get up to the property (which has been mentioned in previous reviews). Other than that, here are our pros and cons: Pros - loads of space Well stocked kitchen Great views Nice pool/pool surround (although the pool is only 4ft deep) Incredibly cute and friendly neighbourhood cat available for cuddles! Cons - Very hot in the summer if there’s no breeze and there is only one fan in the property Condition of the house/furniture/kitchen equipment etc is quite tired (we didn’t mind this, but it might bother others) The awning on the terrace doesn’t work properly It’s worth mentioning that the drive up to the property is absolutely as steep and narrow as others have said. I only mention this because I assumed it wouldn’t be ‘that bad’ and it ended up causing us some logistical issues because one of the drivers in our party didn’t feel they could manage it, so we had to amend our plans. Otherwise we had a great stay :)

Das abgebildete Foto zeigt nicht die Ferienvilla. Die Beschreibung des Objektes, insbesondere zur Lage, Anfahrt und Umgebung trifft nur sehr bedingt zu. Für ältere Personen ist das Objekt ungeeignet, sehr steile, schmale Zufahrt ca. 2 Km Länge, zu Fuß in den Ort zu gehen ca. 4 Km ist aufgrund der gefählichen Verkehrslage nicht möglich.Das Objekt ist abgewohnt,Mängel in jedem Badezimmer (Wasserhahn unten, Duschkopf oben). Das Objekt ist mit 8 Betten ausgeschrieben. Eine Ausziehcouch konnte nicht bnenutzt werden, da diese instabil war und in sich zusammen fiel. So fehlte uns 1 Bett. Das Objekt hat ein Problem mit der Stromversorgung. Es ist durch eine elektrische Toreinfahrt gesichert. Durch 2 mal kompletten Stromausfall konnte das Objekt nicht verlassen, bzw. 1x /1 Woche später)nach Gaststättenbesuch nicht geöffnet werden. Bei gleichzeitiger Nutzung von Mikrowelle und Ofen, fällt die Stromversorgung zusammen.Dusche im EG verschimmelt, daher nicht nutzbar. Das Mobiliar auf der Terrasse war kaputt, wurde dann teilweise ausgetauscht.

Wir hatten einen feinen Aufenthalt

Das Haus ist sehr einladend und schön eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man in der Küche braucht: Microwelle, Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkochen und vieles mehr. Unseren Kindern hat das Haus auch sehr gut gefallen. Die 3 Bäder waren perfekt für unsere Truppe von 8 Personen. Die Auffahrt ist etwas schwierig aber nach 2x üben klappt es wunderbar. Wir waren gerne hier! Vielen Dank auch an Sergiu für den Tipp und SushiFun zu gehen! Es war sehr lecker.

Grosses Haus mit schöner Aussicht und super Pool

Wir (3 Erwachsene / 2 Kids) haben zwei Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht. Der Check-In und die Kommunikation mit Sergio vor Ort hat super geklappt. Die Anfahrt zum Haus, welche schon oft in den Kommentaren erwähnt wurde, ist zwar sehr steil, aber machbar. Die Strasse könnte einmal repariert werden, da diese sehr viel Löcher hat. Im Haus hat es keine Klimaanalge und im 1. Stock wird es schon ziehmlich heiss. Es hat einen Ventilator für das ganze Haus. Die Sonnenstore auf der Terrasse ist auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen und flattert bei Wind sehr stark und wir hatten Angst, dass diese reisst. Der Pool ist perfekt und Sergio kommt auch für die Reinigung vorbei. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und können die Villa sehr weiterempfehlen.

Big house with breathtaking views over the forest mountains

Our family of 2 adults and 2 kids (ages 5 & 1) together with another family of 2 adults and 2 kids (ages 10 & 8) had a great time in the house. I'll sum it up in pros: + Big house. Seldom felt tight at 8 persons. + Nice pool, good size on it. Loads of shade to work with. + Great parking abilities in an open garage (in the shade) for multiple cars. + Excepetionally good storage abilities in all of the rooms. + Efficient and big kitchen. + House very clean & fresh in general. + Dishwasher from a premium brand, worked very well. + Loads of bathrooms & toilets, all of them big and satisfactory. +/- We knew this, but there was no aircondinditioning at all. A house in northern Italy where it very well could get up to 40 degrees celcius (we had 30-34 during our week) was really, really, bad. Horrible to be honest. 1 week of sleep-deprivation. +/- The sofas/couches in the living room were big and comfy. But one of the armchairs was like sitting on sandpaper. +/- You almost needed a 4×4 car to actually access the house. The road up to the house were in incredibly bad shape with loads of potholes and you could barely squeeze your way through with the car. It was doable, however this should be mentioned in the ad. +/- There was a big awning on the porch by the kitchen. However this worked so-so-well, wind caught it very easily and you had to be really careful using it. To wind it out was a bit of a challenge too. - House was really huge, actually divided into 2 floors. Downstairs (with separate entrance) were other tenants. Not sure if permanent or tourists like us. However them SMOKING CIGARETTES was really, really upsetting us. Super turn-off in general and spoiled our whole holidays a bit. So sad. - No shaft for the broom?! - Not enough of outdoor furnitures for merely 8 persons. Such as sunbeds at pool area, chairs at dining area and places to sit at couch area by kitchen porch. Imagine if we were to be 10 persons or 12, as there were beds for that many, how would that have lasted... - No wifi coverage at pool area. - No lights at pool area. - The coffee machine was too small. It was a mini-model with non-standard size coffee filters. - Only 1 fly-swatter which was broken (loads of flies). - Gas stove not working 100%. - Garbage bags (big ones!) not included. - Bad water pressure everywhere. Aufenthalt in Dolceacqua

Nach sehr steiler Anfahrt die hinterlegten Schlüssel gefunden. Leider lässt das Objekt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Es ist mehr als in die Jahre gekommen und hätte dringend eine Generalüberholung (Anstrich etc.)nötig. Küche und WZ, die Schlafräume ok, Duschen hatten Schimmelränder, Farbe abgeblättert. Bettüberzug fleckig. Sämtliche Sitzauflagen auf der Terrasse, am Pool, am Grill wiesen Flecken auf, die Garnitur auf der Terrasse aus Rattan abgeblättert, die Tischplatte notdürftig mit Plastik verkleidet. Es gibt 3 Liegen, der Rest ausgemustert hinter dem Pool entsorgt. Die angeblich lt Foto bepflanzten Blumenkübel schimmelig, wenn überhaupt mit vertrocknetem Efeu verschönt. Markise klemmt. Insgesamt ein dreckiger Eindruck, der nicht verweilen einlud. Wir haben noch nie ein derart ungepflegtes Objekt angemietet und sind vorzeitig abgereist. Völlig überteuert für den Zustand.

Une vue d'enfer

Cette location est géniale, a quelques petits bémols concernant les précisions de l'annonce: Premièrement la difficulté d'accès: la route pour mener à la propriété est plus que fine et dans une pente très abrupte Deuxièmement il peut être important de signaler avant le paiement de la necessité de baisser le volume sonore passé 23h. Nous n'étions pas au courant que la propriété au dessus n'était pas une location mais bien une résidence principale. Nous avions choisi ce lieu pour son calme et le manque de vis a vis pour pouvoir faire du bruit sans déranger personne et on à trouvé dommage de ne pas avoir été informés. Enfin les couchages 7 et 8 sont en réalité un canapé convertible pouvant accueillir difficilement 2 adultes. pour faire dormir deux enfants pourquoi pas mais deux adultes cela était plus difficile (au moins les canapés du salon sont très grands et confortables)

Groot eenvoudig ingericht huis.

Huis is groot. Onder het huis zit een andere woning dus echt privé is het niet. Mooie locatie op 150 mtr hoogte. . De toerit heuvel op vergt wat oefening.

It was amazing

Overall everything was great. we where with 3 adults and 3 kids (10y-12y) in really life the villa is even better than the pictures show you. (some other people in the reviews complained about the dogs, the dogs are not there anymore, so don't worry about that) the hill to the villa is super steep and narrow , but of course this is not something the owners can change. (I would recommend at the day of arrival to do some grocerys before driving up there, a big Aldi is nearby) the swimming pool was lovely and a enough shade. all supplies that you need are there. overall we would recommend this for sure!!!

Älteres aber sehr ruhiges in toller Umwelt gelegenes großes Haus, 3 Schlafzimmer und drei Bäder. Tolle große Küche, gaaaanz viel Platz Pool klein aber fein Sehr schöner Urlaub und netter Kontakt zum Verwalter

Splendida proprietà immersa nel verde

Ho passato le ultime due settimane di Agosto in questa splendida villa con Piscina, con la mia famiglia e degli amici. Villa su due piani con metratura molto ampia, due bagni al piano terra ed una sala da bagno al 1 piano, 3 grandi camere da letto ed una cameretta, cucina con lavastoviglie che faccia su un terrazzo con vista su Dolceacqua. Posizione molto riservata e tranquilla. È stata un’ottima esperienza.

Heerlijke vakantie

Wij (ouders met 4 jongeren in de leeftijd van 17 - 28) waren hier de 1e twee weken van aug. Alle dagen was het rond de 30° . We hebben daarom veel gebruik gemaakt van het zwembad, wat netjes schoon gehouden werd. De zee is op 10 km en in Rocchetta Nervina is er een riviertje in een kloof met grote rotsblokken en een waterval. Onze kids vonden het hier heerlijk! De toegangsweg naar het huis is idd heel steil en wij werden ook gewekt door de blaffende hond van de onderburen, verder hadden wij veel vliegen en muggen. Maar ondanks dat hebben wij het prima naar ons zin gehad. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Grote keuken, grote koelkast, 3 badkamers, wasmachine, meerdere plekken buiten waar je kan zitten en heb je een probleem, Jairo en Valentin proberen er alles aan te doen om het op te lossen. Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad!

Schönes Haus mit nur kleinen Mängel

Waren nur zu dritt,da zwei Personen absagen mussten. Sehr ruhig gelegen,absolut entspannend. Allerdings gab es ein Bad,dass furchtbar nach Abfluss gestunken hat. Dafür kann man aber wahrscheinlich nichts machen. Wie in anderen Bewertungen geschrieben, haben die Hunde der unteren Wohnung gebellt. Allerdings nicht ständig und es war für uns okay. Wer empfindlich ist,hat da vielleicht mehr Probleme! Der Pool war Klasse,gute Größe und Lage. Allerdings waren wir zu Beginn etwas irritiert,da es kein "gemauerter" Pool ist sondern eher ein eigebauter Kunststoff/Gummi Pool. War aber kein Problem. Außer,dass es toll gewesen wäre,wenn während dem Aufenthalt der Boden des Beckens mal gereinigt worden wäre.aber wir sind nicht so empfindlich und unser Sohn hat sich als Poolboy versucht. Alles in allem ein entspannter Urlaub. Würden wieder buchen.

Schöner Urlaub mit Freiunden und Hundegebell

Schönes gepflegtes Haus mit großer Küche und geräumigen, sauberen Zimmern. Abends im Freisitz mit Freunden sitzen bei einem Glas Wein, toll. Am Pool gab es wenig Platz für alle Bewohner des Ferienhaus Schatten nur durch einen kleinen Schirm. Leider wurde der Urlaub durch ständiges Hundegebell von der unteren separaten Wohnung gestört das schon früh morgens anfing. Die Bewohner haben zwei Hunde und die bellen bei jeder Bewegung.
