"The Desert Owl is very nice little house. All the little touches that make a house a home. Kitchen is well stocked. It slept a family of 7 comfortably. I am told even the futons we comfortable. The sunrise, sunset and especially the stars were amazing. You have to remember that you are in the middle of nowhere. I would suggest getting to the place before night as the area is very dark and it gets dark quickly. Driving to Dolan Springs we were wondering what we got our selves into but was...

"This is a very nice house, located up a steep driveway, with a huge garage. All 1 level, the house itself is good for seniors. The neighborhood is nice, but also on a steep hill, making it difficult to walk. There is a nice patio off the LR and MB with a table and chairs and a gas grill. "This is a great place to stay! Very clean and has everything you will need! Best bang for your buck by far! This is the 3rd property I've stayed at in Kingman with this host and every time, the process has be so easy. They are great to work with. Communication is great. The location is perfect!! The neighborhood is quiet and it's between 2 main exits so anything you need is not far. I highly recommend and will continue to use this host when I'm in Kingman."
