Muy desafortunado

"Una decepción. Llegamos y nos dieron las habitaciones del 4° piso y sin ascensor. Íbamos con mi madre y la señora apenas podía subir escaleras. La chica de recepción, solo nos dijo que perdón por las molestias... Supuse que sería porque estaba completo y era lo que había... Pero al ir subiendo por ..."
