My stay it was My stay at this hotel was ridiculous at the first when I walk into the hotel I had the confirmation number as an appear on the email when I make the payment so I walk in to the reception I talk to the agent and the agent was unhelpful and he wasn’t respectful I show him the picture of the email that I screenshot it and then he said no show me the actual email so I showed him the actual email and then he said I couldn’t find your reservation then I said how come I make the payment already he start giving me a hard time and yelling at me and then he said I know my job and that’s what I’m telling you I cannot find it in the system go anywhere else and then I showed him the email again and then I showed him the confirmation number exactly where is it located and then he took like 15 minutes And then he said OK give me your ID and then I gave him my ID and he take the ID he starts older steps to check in and then after that I ask him for the parking hasn’t shown on the reservation it was a free barking when I ask him he said no there is not free parking it’s all fall and then I said how come where should I leave my car he said it’s not my business and then I said OK give me the card of my room the key and then I will park the car he said I won’t give you the key until you park your car with the really nosy words he wasn’t have a good behavior , It is not racism but although I was from Qatar I am local his he wasn’t supposed to act really bad customer service
