"Quaint cottage right in the centre of Sleaford. It was an excellent location for me to attend my cousin's birthday party. Whilst near the town centre, it is tucked away in a lane and is very quiet and I slept soundly. Sue provided a few essentials to get you started. The cottage is very well equipped for making your own meals. Great for a long or short stay. A good variety of places to eat out and major supermarkets just minutes away. "What an apartment! I was so worried about coming here! My husband was admitted to hospital while on holiday and this was the only affordable place I could find, I thought for the price it would be a dump but how shocked was I? It was amazing, so clean and so big. It is located right in the centre and surrounded by shops and cafes. We’ve had the best stay in the worst circumstances and I would 100% recommend! Me and my son felt safe due to the locked gate then locked outside door!"

"I would highly recommend staying here. It was exactly what we needed in terms of space and peace and quiet. I only have 1 complaint, where we were staying, the lake is not well maintained so we were not able to fish at all from our peg as we were caught in reeds/moss etc on every cast. Other than the the property itself was clean and relaxing."

"The Hotel is very good value for money. Great for an overnight stay. Rooms are clean although would benefit redecorating. Rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer and a heated towel rail and free WiFi. Ample car parking. The Hotel lacks Bar/Restaurant but a Buffet style Breakfast is available. This looks much improved from my first stay. (I have stayed five times at this Hotel) There is now a Bistro menu in the evenings, I am looking forward to trying this on my next visit."
