"Llegamos y oh! sorpresa el elevador no funciona. Somos adultos mayores y ellos lo sabían, ademas de que nuestro cuarto era en el ultimo piso para tener el balcón y la vista. No entiendo porque no nos avisaron con tiempo para cambiar de planes. Lo mas triste es que ni siquiera les importó un comino.
