"Booked a double room for our 9 hour layover in Singapore. You definitely are paying for convenience - the cost for a 6 hour stay was pricey. Came to my surprise when we arrived at check in that we had to pay an additional S$70 for a third adult in our double room - which they said they would bring extra amenities for and didn’t. You would think that with how much you’re paying you’ll at least get shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand/body lotion in the bathroom, however they only provide an...

"La ubicación"

"Habitaciones limpias. Buen wifi.

"Worst choice I made in a long time. Small and dirty room. Smallest bathroom and sink. But what made me really angry is that the room had No Window and they do not inform you when you are booking. They intentionally mislead you with a picture with a curtain but behind it is just the wall. "

"Everything was amazing, aside from a not so friendly staff from the restaurant(just one individual), everyone was so kind, friendly and helpful. Everything was extremely clean and it was a delight to the eye. Definitely will come back, thank you sm for making our stay so pleasant and for the welcoming cake and gifts! "

"Family friendly, helpful stuff."

"I mean, if you only want a bed, this is your place. Other than that is very much 1/5 stars"
