"First off, the check in clerk barely spoke English. The entry was not very clean. We made our way to our room, and it smelled very bad. We opened our window and let it air out while we were gone to the rodeo and dance. We came back to find that the doors are locked after midnight, which is understandable given the neighborhood. "The staff I met at check-in was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. I like having a room with the door to the outside, and my car parked directly in front of the room. Super easy place to have my dog, with lots of green space and an easy walk to a park. Great place if you just want a clean, comfortable, affordable place to stay. I didn't try their breakfast bar. "

Sheets and bathroom clean.
The outside steps could have used a broom.
