Apparently the laundry room is locked and you are only given access if you stay 4 nights. This was not made clear when booking. I was also under the impression that I was renting the whole house and that the second bedroom could be rented if I chose so. However, j found out that there would be a person I didn't know who rented out the slate bedroom. Luckily, the owner...

"My arrival was difficult. I wasn’t able to open the door, so I had to contact VRBO for help because the host wasn’t responding.When I finally got inside, the place was only half clean. There were ketchup chip crumbs on the floor, something sticky on the wall, and several towels were dirty.This is my second stay at this location. The first time was much better. I would honestly suggest changing the cleaning staff for a more reliable team.That said, the host did apologize, and I ended up cleaning...
