"We loved staying on the houseboat instead of a hotel. We had stayed on a houseboat the last time we visited Boston and it was a cool experience. It’s quiet and peaceful and more quaint than a hotel. Communication was great and made the check in process easy. We met up with sherry and she explained everything thoroughly. Very grateful. We traveled with 4 adults, 2 elementary aged children and a dog. A little tight but we made it work. Overall a great experience. Love."

"Clean, air conditioned, a bit of a septic smell, but easily combatted with open windows and it goes away pretty fast. Comfortable beds with all supplies you need except the food."

"This was a great location, short walk to the T and even closer access to a bus route connecting to the Boston University/Fenway Park area. The building is old, but the unit has nice fixtures and was very clean. Small, cozy quarters -- the queen sized bed was comfortable, but only had room on one side of the bed to stand up. Wonderful choice of places to eat nearby. Safe residential area."

"If you need a place that let's you bring your dog this is it. Great location near parks with easy access to anything you want to do in Boston. However be ready for lots of noise from the upstairs. They have big dogs and little kids so they are a typical energetic young family, but it makes for not a quiet retreat. Also the fridge didn't work, after we ruined all of our food, the manager told us the next day we had to flip a breaker. There isn't a sleeper sofa or futon, just a twin bed in the 2nd...
