"Great location, clean but hardly any heat. Upon arrival, the space heater provided in one of the bedrooms showed the temperature at 52 degrees and it barely went over 60 degrees during our stay. We contacted the property manager who said it was out of thier control and the owner controlled it, as there was no thermostat in the unit. "Definitely mold, one guest who had a mold allergy couldn’t breathe properly there. Old contact lenses and nose ring were left from previous guests. You block other tenants in the off street parking so if someone needs to get out, you have to get back from the city to move your car. Heat definitely did not work. Only positive was the location, "

"Es una casa/hotel al lado Del Mar muy bonito pero no cuenta con servicio durante el día, uno mismo debe prepararse el desayuno, recibir su llave de habitación y entregarla al salir. Nuestra habitación fue muy grande y bella pero es un hospedaje caro."

"The rooms were spacious and comfortable, very clean, and the individualized touches were amazing. Everything fit the theme. The hosts have everything set up nicely and have things as a "just in case" you forgot something critical. They also thought ahead and have dark towels for those of us with dyed hair! The geese greeting us each morning were adorable All in all it was a great stay, the hosts were responsive, and it was a great place to stay for our Halloween trip to Salem."
