"Clean, air conditioned, a bit of a septic smell, but easily combatted with open windows and it goes away pretty fast. Comfortable beds with all supplies you need except the food."

"We loved staying on the houseboat instead of a hotel. We had stayed on a houseboat the last time we visited Boston and it was a cool experience. It’s quiet and peaceful and more quaint than a hotel. Communication was great and made the check in process easy. We met up with sherry and she explained everything thoroughly. Very grateful. We traveled with 4 adults, 2 elementary aged children and a dog. A little tight but we made it work. Overall a great experience. Love."

"Another great stay at the Perthshire house . "

"Everything was clean and nice. We enjoyed our stay a lot."

"It was a perfect location for our daily plans. The owner was very responsive to our needs "

"This spot was in the perfect location - just a couple blocks from great restaurants and the subway to get anywhere else. We walked to Harvard and other areas and took the T for all other transport. The unit itself was clean and comfortable and exactly what we needed. Thank you for a great stay!"

"Responsive host; as advertised. Thanks for coffee!"

"Nice hosts. Quiet neighborhood. Brand new facilities and appliances at home. We will come back soon, I guess."

It was a perfect place to relax and for our little dog to enjoy some open shady space. Nice to have a dedicated parking spot off the street. It is well situated close to the "T" red line transit (either walking or a short drive to the park and ride at North Quincy station). We used it to travel to Fenway for a Red Sox game....

"Our stay at mark's property was great, the house was so nice and confortable for our family."

"Sink Faucet in the main bathroom was wobbly, had difficulty turning on cold tap. Wall paint in main bathroom was peeling off. Parking was not that great . We have to park in the street after 7pm if you want free parking. We ended up staying in the property from4pm til 7pm so we can secure the spot where we were parked. We were afraid there won’t be available parking spot if we leave our parking spot. I don’t feel like the bedsheets were freshly laundered. My pillow case doesn’t smell like it was...
