"This exact property is not available to rent, however it is still on the website and is able to be paid for. We did not know this until check-in and realized we never received a code to get in. It was only when we called the number attached to this property is when we found out that it is not supposed to be available. When we arrived the ceiling was falling due to an old leakage and when I communicated with someone in charge of property, they said maintenance will come. "This room was listed accurately and has amazing aesthetics. The host was super communicative and attentive and did his best to help me navigate the sidewalk improvements that were being made on the day of my arrival. My one suggestion would be to provide a kureg or similar basic coffee set up in the room for guests. It was my first time to visit Yonkers and there wasn’t a lot of coffee shops there.
