"Had to ask for housekeeping to clean the room. The pool area was never monitored, as small kids vomited in the hot tub. As well the hot tub jets were out of service on 2 different occasions. Service at the restaurant was not the greatest. For the most part, my week went well, but this was a lot of issues for a 5 night stay."

"We really liked our stay here. Great location, straight way to and from airport. The room was very spacious, very clean and comfortable. It was nice to unload our luggage directly from our car parked by back entrance to our room. We would stay again without any hesitation. And the price is best you would find in NF! Then we came back at the end of our trip for four nights and stayed in Port Royal room, and this one was much bigger with bigger bathroom. Both rooms were on the first floor. Disliked: room fan/ac/ heat was impossibly loud making it difficult to sleep- hear the tv or even carry on a conversation. (Room 406) -1 for that issue. Desk staff were unhelpful and not typical of my previous NL experiences. Over a 4 night stay, we engaged at check in/out and 3 questions - they couldn’t care less and were of no help."
